I am rejecting this response because: This does not address or resolve the issueI booked the ONLY seats pricing tier being sold for the flight so the statement that I didn't book main cabin or premium is erroneousI reached out multiple times prior to travel attempting to select seats, it was NEVER available prior to travel.

I am rejecting this response because communications from American Airlines are starting to look like a big joke and mockery of the customer. It is not worth the $to write over emails back and forth, repeating the same information over and over again. I repeat the same thing that I have said numerous times. There is no refund from American Airlines on any of my statements. It does not matter that you have provided a new confirmation number, because THE REFUND DOES NOT APPEAR IN THE TRANSACTIONS LIST. Which part of that can be unclear? *** representatives and I went through every transaction, LINE BY LINE, and there is no credit from American Airlines whatsoever. I disputed the transaction with Citibank, and, as a gesture of good will, *** reimbursed me for that transaction out of its own pocket. Your continued insistence that American Airlines somehow issued a refund that never arrived and your continued nonsensical communications about it make me feel like you are making a mockery of your customers and taking them for fools. If a customer says over times that a refund does not appear in the transactions list on the statements, at some point you should believe him.Additionally, as I wrote on July 18, (** *** *** the voucher you issued for leaving me stranded at *** airport and forcing me to miss three consecutive flights due to incompetence of your employees at *** is not sufficient, because I cannot fly to New York from Key West for $200.00. Also, as I wrote, I don't plan to fly back to New York until 2019, so this voucher is completely useless unless extended until 2019. American Airlines conveniently choose to ignore my communications regarding that matter. As usual, this company is showing the worst possible customer service out of all U.Sairlines

rejecting this response because:American Airlines refused to reimburse me the full fare for the portion of the flight that was cancelled rebooked and cancelled again. Two days later I found a flight on a different airline with the promise from AA that there would be a suitable refund however after nearly months and numerous phone calls I was reimbursed only 73% of that portion of the flight and AA refused to reconsider and closed the fileA travelling companion had booked the same flight through a 3rd party booking agent and she received a fair refund for the cancelled flights very promptly.

rejecting this response because:the ticket prices were at the price that my friend and I agreed to until we checked out then of the ticket prices changedI then called the airline to request for the refund of the one that was went through due to reason above but I was informed that my ticket my is not refundable So felt like I had no choice but to purchase the second ticket at a higher price because my friend cannot speak English and had never travel alone on any US airline system and we wanted to travel together How can a business advertised a price that a consumer agreed to purchased and a consumer submitted her info and credit card info and then when check out only one got the right price and the other one got cancelled when they both were online at the same time, your system should have declined from the beginning so that the purchaser can make a decision.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:American Airlines offered me vouchers with a face value of less than the out of pocket losses that I suffered just to rent an economy car and drive through the night to get home
They seemed oblivious to the hassle and other monetary losses incurred because of their errorsOffering such low value coupons seemed more like a marketing strategy than a serious effort to address my concerns After the poor experience with their flights and the unwillingness of their customer service to make any serious efforts to address my concerns I would rather fly on other airlines.

I am rejecting this response because: I appreciate your apology but your apology is not going to make things better for me because I'm paid higher price for the ticket to get to where I need to be but AA failed to deliver the service because of your crew. if you and AA really care and are sorry then you should offer me a good refund or a future round trip. I want other people to know what kind of service you and AA provide in case they have to make a trip to an important occasion and avoid unreliable airline such as AAI would want you to use the offer that you give me to improve your service and hire more 0personnel to provide better service or those people that trust your airline for their special occasion. Please stop saying how sorry you and AA are because you are not if you were you I would not be writing here again or been in Revdex.com if you would have taken care of this the first time
