The business has simply repeated their previous response - which I have a) mentioned in my complaint with Revdex.com, and 2)
the offered "Goodwill gesture" of 2x $coupons towards future travel is not acceptable because in sum it is only 40% of the requested reimbursementAlthough a coupon towards future travel is less desirable than actual monetary reimbursement, we would accept as solution a single travel voucher for $

rejecting this response because:No proper explanation to why it happened has been given, nor has any kind of refund / reimbursement been discussed. I believe it was an intentional malicious act on behalf of AA to overbook the flight for financial gains at the cost of passengers' suffering. It's not that there was no seat available on the flight, I had an assigned seat in first class, but AA wont allow me to board the first class on an economy purchase (it was not my fault), I know this because I asked the agent on phone if I could pay the fare difference and be able to board my booked flight. Also, I made repeated efforts and contacted AA during the course of my stay in Pakistan to make sure my seat was confirmed on my return flight

rejecting this response because: I still lost $for a "change fee" due to American Airlines refusing to refund the airline tickets that were purchased before we became aware of Zika in Puerto Rico I provided a doctor's note to American Airlines stating that my husband and I should not travel to Puerto Rico due to pregnancy risks associated with Zika and American Airlines did not accept the doctor's note and did not provide a refund We felt we had not choice and took the $($200/person) penalty.

I encountered from your company this past holiday season; however this poor response is unacceptable and in fact I find it disrespectful especially coming from a company like American Airlines. I would like my original email and this one to be forwarded to your manager and the president of customer relationsthe emotional pain and trauma I experienced this day is unforgettablei would like the amount I spent for the carry on luggages we were forced to buy and the luggage we had to leave which an employee of AA took or should I say stole be fully refunded...and I am requesting tickets for my entire family since our family vacation/Christmas was ruined by AAlike I told you over the phone I do have the names of the staff and a picture of the employee taking our luggage from the trash canAmerican Airlines and its employees need to stop discriminating again Haitian people and it will start from me I will not give up on this matter until I get a desirable/reasonable outcome from AA.your email does not make sense to me and every employee of AA says something different or what ever the feel like from what I am concerned; for your information I had free luggages not as stated in your email and I only had extra which I was willing to pay the $according to that lying employee who refused to take my credit card for the payment and insisted for cash moneyi am attaching a picture for you to see that the agent put all luggages on my name and my husband name instead of putting one for each member of my family which I am sure caused the issue to add ONLY extra luggageAccording to the supervisor on the phone Susan he should have put luggage on each traveling passenger and the extra one under my name since I am a preferred member with a credit card account with AA which by the way is pointless to have as it did not matter my status that day*** the so called "supervisor" refused to do so; I have never heard of any supervisor or manager who does not have the authority to allow/overwrite an exception for a customer in need like in my case after explaining I was not from Philadelphia and had no way to get my luggage back home in Virginiaif so that badge that they re wearing stating their "Manager/Supervisor" status is a jokei am also attaching a picture I took from AA website about luggage for PAP Haiti for you to see that I was taking advantage from and tortured for absolutely NO reason; please reading the fine prints at the bottomi will be waiting for your manager and the president of your department to contact me and hope we can resolve this matter soon without seeking the help of a professional.Best regards,*** *** ** ***

I sent American Airlines all the proof but there was fraud and that I Did not make any phone calls to American Airlines to book a trip for a strangerI sent in my phone records to prove it.The only response I received from them is from the customer service departmentThey said they are not in charge of thisThe security department is in charge of this. They were just stonewalling meOne department sends me to the next and the other departments just ignores.These miless that I earned and they illegally confiscated them

He also said what she told me was a mistake. I told him I expect AA to take responsibility and be accountable.

I am
rejecting this response because:I just received a standard apologiesThe issue was expressed clearly to Revdex.com and the airline. I was delayed for different appointments at the same place ( I rescheduled the second appointment after I my flight was delayed for the first time) on different dates flying with AA. It caused me stress and time from work to reschedule the third appointment during regular working hours. It is said that we still dealing with case that happened years ago. I am sorry but I don't recall any resolution on this case
