I am rejecting the response from American AirlinesThey waited much too long to try to correct their wrong of destroying my luggageThey should have worked with me to mitigate this problem the same day
that my luggage was damaged and I drove back to the airport after getting home from my flightThey told me to bring my luggage so that they could see the damageThey offered me someone else's lost and found dirty luggageAnd, now after all this time, they are requesting for me to complete a long drawn out form to once again prove that they did not satisfy the customerI am rejecting this response because: They should have paid the cost to replace the suit case that they destroyed
