rejecting this response because:American Airlines did not address the time and inconvenience for us in disputing this matter It now has been over a year before American's reply to the Revdex.com Our original remedy included the following text: "Also, for our time and inconvenience disputing this matter, we want American Airlines to compensate the separate accounts of each of the four travelers with 5,frequent flyer miles each."This has not been completed Please contact us via email for the frequent flyer account information

I am rejecting this response because: I was promised two $evouchers and did not receive them as promisedOnce again American Airlines screw up is not my problemInstead of receiving what was promised, I received one $evoucher, which would not be worth the hassle and aggravation to use with American Airlines when the company causes delays that result in a loss of vacation days and customer service reps that are rude, unprofessional, and lack empathy and understanding for the customers situation.

rejecting this response because:American Airlines NEVER responded to my complaint and never even tried to solve the problem They have the rudest and most unprofessional staff on their planes .very very poor customer service .they never addressed the issue and never attempted to solve the problem and I never heard from them since the incident I never received or heard from American Airlines about solving the issue and problem that happened with me on their plane with the rude and unprofessional stewardess

I am rejecting this response because: I have responded directly to AA to this letter which was sent. They did not address the issue at hand. I was not asking for a refund of the $change fee, I was asking for a refund of the difference in airfare which I was told it would be by their rep when I gave them my credit card number vs what they actually charged me after putting me on hold to process the transaction. This difference is $118. They have come back to me stating they are going to look into the situation and get back to me, this is what I am waiting on currently

rejecting this response because:American Airlines has made no attempts to right their wrongsThey left us with horrible customer service and never paid back the money for the hotel room their employees promised we would get back They are built on lies This airline is a disgrace and I would never travel with AA or recommend this airline to anyone ever again They don't deserve a resolution, because we never received one as the customer
