I am rejecting this response because: The airline has offered no form of compensation for their errors in their service and quality, as well as "conveniently" not recalling the incident that has upset my wife.

rejecting this response because: We completely lost our vacation because of multiple-day delays of our American Airlines flight American Airlines did nothing to help compensate us for thatAmerican Airlines overfills their flights and then have no emergency plan in place if anything goes wrong with a plane or with the weather (which happens pretty much every day) - why is that allowed, at the expense of the customer? And, I am an Platinum AAdvantage customer, and this is how I was treated

It is clear that American Airlines doesn't care about their customers because the have not tried to remburse myself for the unnecessary hotel
costs endured the night prior to the flight. Therefore, I am rejecting their feeble attempt for an appology. They have offered only words without anything more
