I am rejecting this response because: American Airlines don’t want to take accountabilities for their mistake, my personal luggage had the measurements to be free, they took
advantage and still charged me $for the most tinny bagI don’t have a problem with the fees for my other bags but for my personal luggage I think is not fare, they never measured but they were ready to charge $150, now they don’t want take responsibility

rejecting this response because: American Airlines responded to my compliant but did nothing to resolve it and refused to offer any sort of solution that would have lessened the burden placed on me by significantly changing my flight time shortly before my departure date and after I had booked connecting transportationBooking me on a flight from a more convenient city or offering lounge access, for example, would have been accommodating options that cost AA little to no money, but they refused to even consider them
