I am rejecting this response because:If you won't refund my money then you're complicit with the third parties that do not explain what their insurance will provide. By still doing business with these companies you agree to their business practices. I'm now under a time crunch to schedule a flight or your company will take my money which is wrong. If you want to refund my money we can talkIf you insist that you won't refund the money then we are still in disagreementYou've offered a voucher of some kind which extends my deadline of May for just another yearI don't see in the voucher the willingness to waive any change fees. rejecting this response because: They have taken no actionTheir declination makes no senseI paid extra money for an earlier flightThey offered a service that I not only accepted, but paid extra money forThey failed to keep their implied promise by virtue of the fact that they did not get me to my destination sooner, I was later than I would have been had I stayed with the earlier flightI paid them $and they gave me nothing in return.

The offered resolution was not any assistance at the time of the incident, not a refund due to their faulty scheduling, not any compensation for the money spent while stranded due to their incompetence, nor even an apology for the several missteps on their part

I am rejecting this response because: AA staff made claims: representatives said that there were hotel vouchers in Charlotte - they were notThey said hotel would be
reimbursed in full - it was not (I was given $for a $charge)Besides the hotel, other excessive delays were not at all addressedThe minimal I would expect is a full reimbursement for the hotel or some other form of compensationApologies are nice, but they do not make up for the fact that customers are repeatedly misinformed and led to spend even more money on a bad travel experience to begin withIt's a matter of principle - please train your customer service reps to provide only correct information, and if they haven't honor what they did say to customers!
