I am rejecting this response because: I was repeatedly assured while in the airport t ticket counter, and via the travel partner we would receive full reimbursement,
contrary to their statement otherwise as well as I have repeatedly sent in my statements from hotel and ground transport which I was also assured would be paidThen they said they would only pay after the fact, which even after submitting those statements they have not paidI will not be satisfied until the money is in handThree times they have said they would reimburse me and three times they have not.

I am rejecting this response because:Me and my family was put in a financial hardship with accommodations for the children and ourselves, regarding extra food and diapersThe time
frame for the flight extended from a 11:40am arrival to a 5:02pm arrivalThe children were extremely tired, nap time schedules were missed and service from clerks were less than professional
