I am rejecting this response because American Airlines has not responded to the core part of my original complaint: I purchased five first class tickets and, due to failures on the airlines part, they were unable to provide me the five first class seats that I had purchased. Their response that in "reviewing our records, it
appears as though we followed up with you on 1/10/16, 3/4/and 3/23/16" is wholly inadequate as other than the 1/10/16, the other two responses were "automatic replies" to my inquiries. The January response indicated they were forwarding my request to their refund department but they have never taken action on my request for a refund
