I am rejecting this response because:I've made another purchase through AAdvantage Shopping for a [redacted] order, and it is in the same "pending" status.It seems no action has been taken...
on [redacted] delaying the award of the shopping bonus miles.I received a response from Eshopping customer service that they were again "Waiting for Merchant because it is a high dollar order." I've placed other orders with merchants for amounts more than my [redacted] order and the points were applied without issue.The AAdvantage program needs to review why [redacted] is being so difficult to apply miles for valid orders.
