I am rejecting this response because:
1- It's been years since the incidentThe lack of a timely response is incredibly disappointing2- I have, in writing, authorization from AA stating a refund would be issuedNow you're not standing by your word.3- I have no problem paying taxes nor fees assessedHowever the poor service and explanation at the gate, while the agent held our passports for ransom until the fees were paid and threatened to not let us on the plane, wasn't appropriate and almost extortionThese fees should have been explained prior to the gate and ample time should have been given from the gate agent rather than her acting like a tax collector while she held our property hostage. I remain extremely disappointed in AA.Regards,

I wanted to be refunded the $306, if I knew ahead of time that I had to spend that much of money on a taxi to go to another airport then I would have booked my flight to that airport and avoided all this issue

I am rejecting this response because:Here are the email threads from today. This is ridiculous. They never bothered to respond to this complaint when I escalated it to the Revdex.com. This was my response. Ummmmm
no you are wrong While you did not respond to our my last
correspondence, you never responded to my Revdex.com Complaint
which I had every right to file since you refused to resolve the matter with
meIt was clear from your last letter to me that you WERE NOT going to remedy
the situation so why would I request that you continue to correspond only to
tell me over and over that you were not going to remedy the situation. At
that point I sought another avenue. I am not stupid here so don’t
try to pass this off like it is my fault.

response to the Revdex.com complaint with an old letter that you wrote me is pretty
lazy and unprofessional on your part and I will post these emails threads to
the Revdex.com as well
The
matter remains unresolved and I will continue to let the Revdex.com
know that
I
will NEVER travel on your airline again nor will I recommend you to the 100s of
clients that I deal with nation-wide and internationally

I am
rejecting this response because the business continues to ignore the facts of the situation. They sent me a form complaint that if i'm not checked in minutes before a flight I can lose my seat and that doors close minutes beforehand. They refuse to continue to ackowledge that I was checked in and at the gate, and that the gate agent told me that my seat was being given to an AA crew member. My flight was held beyond its scheduled departure time to allow this crew member to arrive and board. I understand that my seat can be given to a crew member for any reason, but I am entitled to compensation for this. When I've asked to speak to someone regarding this matter I've been told that is not possible, which is also frustrating

I am rejecting this response because:that letter means nothing after months or more from my complaining the business did nothing yet to address the way we were treated on the plane by a rude and unprofessional stewardess .plus I incurred a dollars expense for fixing my phone that broke on the plane Very very poor customer service and extremely bad and poor treatment for the passengers by a stupid and untrained stewardess I want American Airlines to send me a check for the dollars that I had to pay to fix my iPhone and higher management needs to apologize for that kind of behavior by their employees
