Amazon has never confirm the technical errors were caused by hackers

I am rejecting this response because: I'm not rejecting the response, but nothing has taken place at this time and you require a response of some sort and I cannot accept a non-action.As a side note, another delivery issue has occurred. My wife had a package that said that it was left in our mailbox on Dec23, we were out of town and asked our neighbor retrieve the package for us. Nothing was in the mailbox. The package showed up in our mailbox on January 2.
