Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: this is the same automatic response I had received when I tried to communicate with amazon regarding this matter. They, as a company, failed to investigate the issue properly, because if they had, they would've seen that I disclosed the product was to be sent without the box when I posted it for sale. The buyer failed to read the description, and amazon apparently did the same. They gave the buyer no direction to send the product back to me before being issued a refund and instead allowed the buyer to keep my $30 product and on top of that deducted $29.80 from my bank account.
