However, when a trade in is created and you have selected an advanced gift card payment option, the gift card will be credited within seconds as soon as the trade in was created and that was system automated. I've checked your account and see that you have been a long term customer of amazon and I do not want to disappoint you. As a one time exception, I can cancel this gift card of $103.13 and issue the same refund of $103.13 to your store card if this is fine with you. As this was a higher amount, I'm not able to process refund on the same card from which it was charged. Instead, I can issue the same refund on one of your recent order to your amazon store card.
