Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have been trying since 12/to get my money refunded and have yet to see anything refunded to me The items I was purchasing were supposed to be Christmas gifts There are now only days left until Christmas, and the items I originally purchased are way more expensive, and I don't have the extra money I would like my refund to be in the form of gift cards, so that I can quickly purchase something different for my children

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: If my cad is not charged until the order ships then why is amazon not showing these rewards points returned back to my account I have spent countless hours on the phone with various customer service reps and each time I speak to someone, I am told something different I was connected to the bank through Amazons customer service twice and the bank did not see these orders in their records, however my attached confirmation shows the order was placed and paid for in rewards pointsAt this point, enough time has passed that these points should now be reflected as returned in my Amazon account and they are not I would please like to either return the points back to my account or provide me a gift card in the amount shown.Sincerely, [redacted]
