I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I replied to the email earlier when I spoke to the reps on the phone they told me the purchase was made on the 31st of March. I got my account reinstated and noticed that it wasn’t ordered then it was the day before my account closed when I received the item it was in fact a purchase I had made. I have no further issue with this company since all was a mistake on the reps end of the date it was placed.
