Hello,We are writing in response to the complaint filed against order ***Upon review of this dispute, we have confirmed this order is no longer eligible to be returned back to the seller, as the buyer/complainant did not request a return within the day window to be eligible
Please not that the buyer need to contact the manufacturer directly to claim the warranty, if the warranty is void from the manufacturer the buyer can appeal the claim with the valid proof from the manufacturer.
In summary this order is no longer eligible for A-Z guarantee program.

I am rejecting this response because: All of these trouble shooting steps were performed six months agoAnd when they didn’t fix the problem amazon began sending me defective remote controls, check your records! Amazon don’t understand the nature of our relationship; I am a customer, not a developer or Test EngineerI am a Design Validation Test Engineer at ADTRAN, and amazon don’t pay me to find out why your firestick or remote control is defective! According to the last technical support person I talked to, Ryan A; the only way to determine what’s going on with YOUR defective remote control is to pull the logs from the fire stick via my WifiSo repair YOUR problem with the firestick/remote. I'm paying $annually for the service, about $for the firestick and remote control and I've purchased about $in movies and programming that I cannot watch

*** *** I was told that I would receive a refund if I filed a complaint with the post office which was done by Amazon on 5/with me on the phone This is the email sent to me by Amazon When I heard from the post office I was told to call the police I did that I was promised a refund within a couple hours Then I was sent an email saying that a refund would not be given without a police report I filed a police report and sent the information to Amazon that was requested/ I don't feel that I should spend over $and be out that money because my package was stolen I have complied with all of Amazon wishes They are insured for $on each package Both the post office and the police have said that the package was stolen The police report states the officer went around the neighborhood asking if anyone saw anything The officer states that people she talked to said they have had packages taken too It is pretty sad and bad customer service when they are insured for refunding stolen packages and they refuse to They have refused to take my phone calls and have hung up on me What is a consumer suppose to do when they are treated so badly? I am on disability, a senior citizen and don't have the money to lose I would like Amazon to do the right thing and refund my money I will not let this go I think they are crooks.
