I am rejecting this response because:The business is offering a partial refund for the item that was delayedA FULL refund was already requested and processed for the item however could not be issued until the item was refused at deliveryThe business refuses to take full responsibility for the item being delayedMore importantly the request of refund in my complaint is for the Prime Membership which I pay monthlyI am still seeking a full year worth of refunds for this service NOT the item I am already due a full refund forDelivery of the item was refused todayThe business should not mislead customers with guarantee delivery datesIf the person reviewing the complaint would have properly researched the issue before responding they would see the issue is with the service they claim to provide not the item itself which is no longer needed and was purchased elsewhere.

I am rejecting this response because:As mentioned before and as it is documented in the chats with Amazon customer service, THEY OFFERED the reimbursement of the electrician coming to install my lamp because they kept promising that the items would be delivered the next dayThey promised that days in a rowThey also said that besides the electrician "trip" fees, they would let me keep the bulbs and they would reimburse me, which didn't happen eitherThey did refunded me for the bulbs but they never arrived, so I had to order them again, so I'm asking them to keep their word on that too and refund that second order. All this is documented on the chats that me and Amazon have savedI'm not making this upI'm also attaching the electrician fees.All I needed from them was to be a little more sympathetic about the whole situationIn the last couple of chats they were just rude and one of them even left the chat in a very rude manner.The electrician fees were $that I had to pay out of pocket (because of their fault)They reimbursed me $50, and after the claim an extra $so, I'm asking for the remaining $and also for the refund of the new order since the original one never arrived

I am rejecting this response because: they have not resolved the issueI still have a fraudulently sold radio that is not functioning appropriatelyIf this was not sold fraudulently I would understand the application of the policyI had the radio installed under pretense and would now need to pay to unistall it in order to return the productThis means that I would be out of pocket around $and have nothing to show for it except a bad experienceI don’t make it a custom of giving away moneyI need an alternate solution that compensates me accordingly.

I am rejecting this response because:Amazon provide an address for the seller on 10/and 11/When trying to ship the product back to the seller at the addresses provided by Amazon the United States Postal Service informed me that the addresses where not valid and would not accept the packageAmazon then provided a third address on 11/The item was shipped with tracking and insurance causing me to incur an additional expense of $The US Postal Service returned the item to me stating it was undeliverablePlease see attached emails from amazon and myself concerning the fake addresses provide by the Amazon/sellerI was unable to attach my other files to support my claims (2nd email to Amazon regarding the 2nd address provided, scan of the receipt & returned package from the 3rd address).Amazon refuses to acknowledge that, had I been provided a valid address, the product would have been returned within days of receiving the productThis is an attempt on Amazon's part to justify their failure to protect their customersIt is also clear that their A-Z Guarantee is a fraudulent attempt to have people feel comfortable using their siteAmazon obviously makes every attempt to NOT protect their customersThis is supported by the fact that they refuse to honor their guarantee stating I have not returned the product even after they have been provided with proof that I have made THREE attempts to do soIt is also supported by the fact that the seller is still scamming customers by selling on Amazon's website.It is apparent that the fraudulent company, that Amazon is still allowing to sell on their site, knows Amazon's policies and is using them to further victimize Amazon's customers
