Hello from Amazon.com.As a one-time exception, we have credited the seller's account for this transaction. Please note the following: The seller shipped this item without valid delivery confirmation. Per Amazon's posted policies: "Products(s) Shipped without TrackingA seller will be liable for a not received claim if Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) has passed and the order was shipped without tracking informationThis policy will apply to all orders, including those shipped by media mail."The buyer's claim was filed November 30th and was found in favor of the buyer on December 1st after our investigation found no evidence of deliveryIt was not until January 9th the buyer left positive feedback for the seller, which did not contain any confirmation of receiving the merchandise, but simply stated, "Excellent." It is not known whether the buyer was simply satisfied with the refund received, service provided, or if they actually received the item pre/post claim. As part of the appeals process, we sent the following to the seller on December 2nd, "We can only change this claim upon receiving direct communication from the buyer stating that the item was received with authorization to recharge them for the purchaseWe encourage you to contact the buyer directly to determine if the order was received subsequent to the claimThe buyer can then contact us at buyer-***@amazon.com to let us know the item has been received, with authorization to recharge their accountOtherwise, please consider this claim closed."The seller never followed up with the buyer directly on their potential receipt of the merchandise post-funding and placed the blame on Amazon for acting accordingly to our posted policies. Amazon never stated nor implied the seller did not ship the item. Our policies however require the seller to take responsibility for shipments that are lost in transit. Per the link above, we highly recommend the use of tracking, insurance and signature if the seller is concerned over absorbing the costs of a lost or stolen shipmentRespectfully, we would ask that refrain from using foul language in your correspondence with us and maintain a professional tone in response to these issues. Any further messages containing this type of language, including those sent to consumer protection agencies such as the Revdex.com will not receive a reply or you will be asked to rephrase.
