I am rejecting this response because: I amazon did received only one (single box) which contains all items that was refunded to me except the surface pro The surface pro was part of box that they received and was confirmed many times to me by their agentsThey have told me that they couldn't refund me because it wasn't sold through their storage but through a third party amazon sellerFirst they have denied even received the package then when I insisted after multiple calls they finally admittedMoreover I ask them in which location the box was received and information about the content of the boxMeantime, I asked if they can send me the surface and I will pay for shipment but no answer., Each time amazon gives the run aroundWhere, what, how the box was received? How can self refund can be generated if items weren't receivedIt is logical to issue a refund after an item has been or generated by customerThe box received by Amazon contains all the item was a single box not multiple shipment so they should have notice a package sold through a third party who they may have contacted but they say they can't confirmedHow can we explain how amazon received and refunded me the external hard and covers but the surface pro I have all conversation with amazon saved and the tracking number of box dropped by Fedex to themFedex confirmed to me that usually when a package is undeliverable they just drop it at amazon locationThank You
