Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:(1) I didn't request the $refund; I wasn't asked if I wanted the refund, it was just given to me when all I wanted was my one month of Prime; (2) why am I supposed to pay for something that I'm already entitled to and trust that the company will refund my money in the allotted time? Rahul (amazon.com customer service rep) said he was going to extend my membership and didnt and now I'm supposed to trust that Bhaskar is going to issue me a full refund? I am rejecting this response because: there's nothing substantial in the responseAmazon played the same trick with my husband as well, pretending to respond but with no useful information. Amazon would later send email saying it won't respond to any further inquiriesThere still won't be any explanation what published rules were violated to have the reviews removed, and items with unrealistically high reviews still remain to fool consumers into buying them.

I paid for a full year of Amazon Prime in March On July 12, 2016, I signed up for Amazon Fresh and was charged $for a year of serviceOn that same date Amazon refunded what they said was the amount I had already paid up for my Amazon Prime account -- $However, a few days later Amazon charged me $(the cost with tax) for another full year of Amazon PrimeI called Amazon and asked different individuals why there was a nearly $discrepancy between the amount of the new Prime membership and the amount they had refunded that was paid up on my original accountNeither person could explain the chargesI then said I wanted to cancel my account because I didn't feel comfortable having credit cards on file with them and was put on holdAfter waiting more than minutes the call was disconnected from their endOn Aug5, *** *** from Amazon sent me an email indicating that I had been refunded my full Prime Fresh subscription of $I was refunded; therefore, I didn't proceed with formal action against the companyHowever, after the Revdex.com complaint I filed was resolved, Amazon rebillled my credit card -- which I had taken off file with them due to the prior incident -- for $The transaction was labeled REBILL
The full $that was fraudulently charged to my card refunded and for Amazon to be required to remove my card from its internal system to prevent further fraudulent charges in the future

I paid for Prime Delivery with Signature at deliverySo who signed for my package?
I requested and paid for signature at deliveryI went to my local Post Office and they told me that YOU ARE LYING, a Signature required at delivery will NEVER be delivered without a signature
Why are you trying to steal my money this way??? Is Amazon that desperate that now are recurring to this type of practices?
My guess is that whoever is in charge of this unit is the one that is stealing money from buyers and may be also from Amazon
