I am rejecting this response because: The buyer stated this item was damaged when they received it. There was NO packaging material protecting the item during shipping. It is so obviously clear...that the item was damaged in transit BY AMAZON OR THE SHIPPER...before it was received by the customer. Amazon, you people are actually liars. You are deceptive and dishonest, and should be ashamed of yourselves. I have been a seller for YEARS, and have sold an enormous amount of product. The fact is...you didn't protect the item when you shipped it, and it was damaged. You should simply refund for the product, and we can both move on. The fact that you hide behind your policy that does not actually cover damage during shipping (under your responsibility) is shameful. I will not accept your reply. I fully reject it. I will leave this up on Revdex.com, and let anyone who comes across it to read how dishonest of a business you are
