I've personally listened to your phone call on October 5, and understand that you have claimed a refunds for kindle E-book digital orders of amounts $and $But I'm sorry that there is no request made to cancel your kindle subscription at that time
Further, I've checked and see that you have contacted us on November 6, and then asked to cancel your kindle subscription as you are charged for the kindle subscription and I can see that our agent has cancelled the subscription and issued a full refund for the same
However, I further understand that you are requesting for the refunds of $3.99, $and $for the kindle E-books purchased on September 7, We have clearly mentioned them on our website with the pricesWe have not mentioned any where that these books are free of costI apologize for any confusion this has caused

You were given plenty of opportunity to correct this problem (when I spoke with four separate repsAfter that time, I no longer wanted the product and I had asked for a refundThere were still four days left before you replied to this complaint and actually shipped the item to cance, plenty of time to refund my money, which is what I had asked forBut, you decided to ship it any way, against my wishes
I also believe that this matter would not have been sorted out if I had not complained about it through the Revdex.com as the last I was told was to contact my bank, it was their errorIt's sad it had to come to this to get a somewhat proper response
But, as I write, I have decided to accept the item when it arrives and be done with this mess because I feel that prolonging it any further will only cause you to make more mistakes*** ***

gained access to my account and have received communication from the company but I have not received a refund for monthly fees and storage fees nor am I able to receive all items being held at amazon for FBA shipping free of charge. I have contacted amazon by phone on 10/26/concerning the refund and the free shipping of items back to me. I was told a manager would contact me. I am rejecting this response because:- The business is again attempting to blame the US Postal Service for the delay, yet the order was shipped by their own/internal shipping carrier!- The guarantee is something the business offers/advertises with no prompting or oby the customer, the business then refuses to honor when they are unable to satisfy their guarantee (advertising)- When pushed, the offered refund amount is less than half of what the shipping cost the business charges is, and the business does not provide any explanation for their alternate 'basis prime shipping method' nor is this mentioned in their guarantee terms or anywhere else on their website.The business continues to try and dismiss this issue without making any effort to verify the facts that they present.Regards,*** ***
