I was tricking into assign year contract for ADT serviceIt was not working right, I called and they said they are going to charge me trip feeSo I just do not use itI called a few times and they said I assigned contract and could not cancelWhen the contract end, I have to call one month earlierI am really stuck on the serviceBasically I paid $each month without using itThe contract ending March 9, I called January this year and they still charged me $for early termination feeI never see a service like this

On April 18th, I called ADT to get help moving the contract over to my name rather than my husband, as we are in the divorce process He is a violent man, and has TRO's & an FRO on him from me I needed my alarms changed & the code They helped me change the code & verbal password, took down all of my info & sent me a RIDER contract to sign, which I did & sent out last week My appt is for today, 5/5/16, and they called my soon to be ex-husband yesterday to confirm the appt which I didn't want them to do b/c he already tried to come in the house last Tuesday when I was at work, 4/26/& they know this b/c apparently they called me first I am upset b/c why would they call him to confirm the appt after I explained my domestic situation to them? I called this a.mto complain & Allison did nothing for me except tell me that they had my husband's number as the main contact & she didn't have the RIDER a

I called today to make an appointment to install ADT due to the unsafetiness in in this crime invested area Already, I have been burglarize every time I go to the washer to do laundry, pay a bill or the seasons change for clothing But, shoes are cut or stolen I live alone, so my daughter does not have a key I need to live in safety and knowing my personal property is protedted However, Agent Louise at the ADT number: XXXXXXXXXXX said I do not qualitfy, because of my credit score By contrast, two months ago, I called and they did not ask these questions for a SSI number to get the background check on credit I need protection from the outside world, I like to know if the Credit Check is the question are essential for the the use of this ADT service Or, am I being interrupted by Cyberbulling cause this "Stalker" does not want me to have privacy!
THIS COMPANY HAS OVERCHARGED ME, SENT THE POLICE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, WAIVED MY FEE THEN ADDED IT! I JUST WANT MY ACCOUNT CLOSED
I HAVE BEEN AN ADT CUSTOMER FOR ABOUT MONTHS NOW, WHEN I FIRST GOT THEIR SERVICES I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE $RELOCATION FEE! THEN I MOVED AND THEY SAID THEY NEVER SAID THAT WHICH IS NOT TRUE!!!! EVEN NOW THAT I HAVE MOVED THEY CAME TO INSTALL MY SYSTEM, SOMEONE WALKED INTO MY HOUSE AND THEY SENT THE COPS TO MY OLD ADDRESS! ITS THE WORST SYSTEM EVER! I COMPLAINED AND COMPLAIEND AND TOLD THEM I WANTED MY ACCOUNT CANCELLED AND TO TAKE THE CONTRACT FEE OFF! THEY NEVER RESPOND ON TIME! THEY HAVE STILLLLLLL MY OLD ADDRESS ! HOW GOOD OR SAFE AM I SUPPOSED TO FEEL!! AND AFTER ARGUING SO MUCH! THEY FINALLY DID IT! HOWEVER!!! THEY REFUSED TO TELL ME THEY HAD WAIVED THE FEE UNTIL I GOT MY SERVICES MOVED SO THEY FORCED ME INTO SIGNING A NEW CONTRACT! WHICH WAS NEVER TOLD TO ME IN THE BEGINNING! I HAVE SPOKEN TO A MILLION REPRESENTATIVES AND THEY HAVE SAID TO ME
I am writing to express my deep concern with the lack of customer service and deceptive techniques utilized by your staff My husband called on June 5th to inquire about canceling our service and was told that our contract does not expire until the end of the month and that he should wait There was no mention of a required day notice While I understand that this information was in our contract We obviously do not recall every word of the contract we signed three years ago and for this reason we contacted customer service for assistance in this process Your staff failed to give us the full information and inadequately documented the conversation in their notes Now that we are finalizing cancellation we are being told that we will have to pay for an additional days of service and that "there is nothing anyone can do." I spent nearly two hours on the phone with customer service and was offered no resolution to this issue In fact, the last person (who wouldn't even provide his full name) I called would not even provide me with a number where I could call to file a complaint stating that he doesn't know all the numbers within ADT and further refused to transfer me to his supervisor It is appalling that this is how little ADT values customers once they are no longer a source of additional revenue I'll be sure to inform all my family and friends to stay away from this company
ON OCTOBER 22ND I UPGRADED OUR ADT SYSTEM TO ADT PULSEON OCTOBER 23RD I SENT AN EMAIL TO ADT.COM ABOUT THE PULSE CAMERAS NOT WORKING AND I WAS TOLD THAT MY ***@AOL.COM DOES NOT SUPPORT THE ADT PULSE I ASKED TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNT AT THAT TIMEADT SAID THEY WOULD SEND ** RUSSELL BACK OUT AFTER 12:PMTO RESET THE CAMERAS THE CAMERA ONLY WORKED IF I USED MY HUSBANDS YAHOO ACCOUNT ON APRIL 28TH MY ADT EQUIPMENT STOPPED WORKING AFTER A BAD STORM ADT SAID THEY COULD NOT SEND ANYONE OUT UNTIL MAY 2ND AND THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK TO SET UP AN APTNONONE FROM ADT CALLED TO INFORM MY HUSBAND OR MYSELF THAT SOMEONE WAS COMING, AND I WAS THEN INFORMED THAT THE NEXT AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT WILL BE JUNE 8TH BETWEEN 8:AND 12:ON THIS VISIT THE TECHNICIAN TOLD ME THAT MY EQUIPMENT WAS OLD, (INSTALLED 5/28/99) OUT DATED AND CANNOT BE FIXED HE TOLD ME I SHOULD CALL ADT AND GET THE NEW WIRELESS EQUIPMENT BECAUSE WHAT I HAVE CANNOT BE FIXED I CALLED ADT WHILE THE TECHNICIAN

I have been an ADT customer since I sold my house and moved in Dec As soon as my house was on the market, ADT was calling me asking where was I moving and talking about moving my service I moved my services, but was NOT aware that I was also signing a NEW year commitment with ADT I probably should have read the million word document more, but I would think this is something they would call out OR not even have since I had been a customer the previous years
Fast forward, I began to see better technology on the market and called to find out I was in a year commitment
Fast forward to 6/29/ I was not sleeping due to bad activity in the area I called ADT to ask about adding cameras to my system I was on the phone with the rep, *** ***, for over an hour I explained that the sensors on one of my doors was faulty I explained that in December I asked for sensors on my upstairs windows and their installer advised against it Therefore this call was to 1)add cameras 2)fix the door that was never right 3) install the sensors I requested the first time This entire min he talked about all the discounts he was giving me blah blah blah At the end of the min, he said they could install it July 17th.....unacceptable I said BUT I signed up for that appointment and he said he would call me back after his lunch break to find an earlier appointment.....NEVER heard from him again More than time in this min conversation I asked, "will installing the cameras make me sign a new year commitment"...."no it will not, you are doing an addition therefore you will not sign a new contract" This was said MORE than one time When ADT called the next day to tell me to sign a contract, they also moved my installation up to July 5th I came back early from vacation, asked a friend to stay at the house so I could go to work during the window, AND left work early for the installation Guess what is the first thing the installer said.....you must sign this year commitment before I install WHAT? I asked *** this SEVERAL times and he said I did not need to sign a year contract because it was an addition to my current system The installer verified with his manager I then called ADT only to get the year song and they can't do anything about it I then tried to file a complaint against *** since I had his name....no manager is available they said I asked that they file the complaint and that I expect a response week laterSTILL NOTHING! months is all I have and I PROMISE ADT will not be my security solution They are sneaky, they are not honest, and they are not responsive
Adt authorized dealer the defenders are as dishonest as they come they lie to you and scam you into a contract without the services they guaranted they tell you you have to wait 2-weeks for equipment that way once you figure out they lied you can't cancel the contract cuz it's over three days
ADT is the WORST business we have ever had the miserable displeasure of dealing with They use language such as "100% Customer Satisfaction" and "We value our customers." Absolutely false ADT's only priority is their bottom line
Our family's safety & security has been compromised by a system that does not function, and the only concern ADT has is holding us to a 3-year contract! (That's right: They are holding us to a 3-year contract on a system that does not function Needless to say, we will be taking legal action against ADT.)
