The Revdex.com informed us about the complaint you filed against Waste Management. I apologize that you experienced billing issues and appreciate the opportunity to address your concern.
 
Upon review of account # [redacted], Waste Management invoiced you a removal charge of $25.00 + fuel/environmental charges. Due to billing issues in the past I am waiving these charges bringing this account to a zero balance.
 
Regarding account # [redacted] a reversal in the amount of $10.35 (confirmation# [redacted]) was complete on 09-12-2014. Waste Management can no longer send you a paper check because the funds were sent to your account. At this point you would need to talk to the credit card providing bank.

After reviewing our internal records, our driver continues to note that the recycle container is not out on the curb. I alerted our operations team, to determine the service failure, and Route Manager Mathew confirmed, he reached out to you today and stated he would discuss the service issues with our driver, and make sure this is not an issue going forward.
In addition, I will monitor your account for the next month, to ensure we do not miss the recycle, and I issued a two-month credited to your account for the recycle failure.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.We have reported more failures than just that and have not bothered to waste more time reporting others as we tired of claims that pickup was early, regardless of the fact that we had the bins out the night before, or that there were mechanical failures.  The low quality of service is THE reason for us switching to another service provider, one which is highly recommended in our neighborhood accompanied by series of reports of dissatisfaction with WM's level of service.

Per our conversation on 2/20/2015, I explained that you’re January and February invoice would be credited because your account canceled effective 01/01/2015. I stated you would only owe the removal fee; to disregard any invoice you received and that our billing department would send you a final invoice. You then asked if the total amount you owe is $150.00 and I stated there would be additional fees and the total would be around $221.91. 
I advised that per the notes on the account, Representative Samantha spoke to you; confirmed the total for removal would be $221.91. You then stated you would wait for the final invoice. Please accept my apologies for the frustration caused by this situation.
