I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
I received a call from waste management costumer service and they offered a credit of a bit more than a $100,00. We have been paying this for a year or more. Each month is a charge of about $55.00.We obviously did not accepted this offer we have not heard back from them since. We would like to finalize this ASAP.
