We have attempted to contact you at the number your provided, [redacted], and have left you several messages to return our call to review your billing concerns. After reviewing the account and the payment history, we have determined the resume charges are valid on the account due to when payments were received. You spoke with a customer service agent on 09/22/16 and they were able to waive one resume charge for you as a one time courtesy. Due to the additional late payment that was made 09/22/16 is subject to another resume charge. We have removed the most recent resume charge and your account is paid thru the end of November 2016. Going forward your invoices are generated on a quarterly basis, March, June, September and December. The payment is due by the end of the month in order to be on-time.

We are crediting all charges prior to the past four years and an adjustment of $3259.70 will reflect on your account within the next couple of weeks. The $200 adjustment for your additional container was applied ($50 in 2009 & the balance on March 27, 2017) and the balance of $7114.59 already reflected this adjustment. We apologize for our accounting error.

It was a pleasure speaking with you; per our telephone conversation, you requested to cancel your service effective 6/30/2015. The container is scheduled to be removed on 6/26/2015 please allow 5 business days for the removal. Our billing department will issue a refund check for the $15.94; we greatly regret your decision to leave Waste Management. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. please note that the third party firm completing the service received a work order from the local WM contact [redacted] to REMOVE the 96 gallon bins but did not receive instructions to exchange or replace them with 64 gallon bins per the customers request. The work order was shown to the home owner. The third party contractor contacted their supervisor about WM's incorrect work order and the Supervisor delivered the 64 gallon bins the following day. had the home owner not been home when the 96 gallon bins were taken the request would remain incomplete one month after the initial request was made. The business's response is acceptable as the contact person stated they would contact the local WM office to discuss the issue and seek changes to prevent future occurrences.
