I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
The company has claimed I did not pay but that is not correct. My account was on autopay and they failed to take the correct money.they have credited my account with $17 but then lied about the payment. They have resumed the service but I’m not at all happy with their response to this.
