December 16, [redacted] , [redacted] Re: Revdex.com Complaint# [redacted] Waste Management Account# [redacted] , [redacted] Ms [redacted] , The Revdex.com informed us about the complaint you filed against Waste ManagementI apologize that you experienced billing issues and appreciate the opportunity to address your concern On 10/01/Waste Management invoiced you $for service period: Oct, Nov, Dec and the invoice included a $resume feeAfter multiple attempts to contact you for payment your account was suspended on 12/02/for nonpaymentYou made a payment for $(at no charge) on 12/09/which left you a balance of $You requested your account to be cancelled effective 12/20/2014, you carry a past due balance so we would not service you one last time prior to removing your can You currently owe a partial amount of the resume charge for the previous billing cycle, if you would like your container serviced one additional time a new $reactivation charge will be applied to your accountThe reactivation charge is necessary to cover the administrative costs associated with restarting your account in our system and adding the routes back to your account If you have questions or comments regarding this matter, please feel free to discuss it with me at [redacted] or by phone at [redacted] option * Cordially, [redacted] WM cares-Corporate Office

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The response was not accurateI do agree that the driver or the business loosened the terminals on the battery but the ground cable should have been removed, the driver did not open the hood to hook them back up before removing the car from the truckOnce off my husband found this error and rectified that situationWhen I talked to [redacted] about this car he gave it a rave review and told me that the only thing that he knew was wrong with it was the power antenna did not work some of the ***eI asked him about the headlight doors and he told me that they workedWell they do not work and he gave us a couple of ideas to checkWe checked everything and could find nothing on the vacuum endAll we could think was that the actuator did not workThese doors do move by opening and closing them by hand onlyI did mention that the car had rust on it and he asked us to send picturesHe never responded to the pictures that were sentBut in this reponse said he really could not see anything, but never let us know what he thoughtBut there are bubbles in the paint that the camera would not pick upWell he sent us pictures before we bought the car and we could not see the rust either, also what the bumper looked likeBut if we could see it why could he not see it on their lotWe also knew that there would be problems with an older car but the main items I asked about were never addressedHe says that we never responded to him about the things he told us to tryWe wrote back several ***esMy husband is a mechanic and has been one all of his life so he knows what to doThe reason it took weeks to find the gas leak in the tank is because we were trying to change the light socket in the rear tailight that was broken and we had it up on rampsSince then we had to drain the tank and we now have the tank removed, which we have searched everywhere to replace it and can not find oneSo we are going to have to try and repair it [redacted] did say "What do you want me to do about it" not what are you requesting of meNever was I told that they would be glad to send us a sending unitI did sign the the "AS IS" WHERE IS" paperI signed in "GOOD FAITH" because he told me that they would take care of any serious problemsWe were not expecting to have them take care of everything but we have not been able to drive this car since we revceived itIf they want to rectifiy this situation they can send us the acuator, which they said we were already told they would send to usWe were never offered anything in our emailsWhy would we have not accepted that? I really don’t understand why they would think we would not accept thatAnd we have already purchased a fuel tank sending unit which cost us $Which we will be using if the tank can be fixedIf not I do not know if we will ever be able to find a tankIf they want to take care of this they can send us the acuator, $for the fuel tank sending unit that was just purchased and any information on finding a gas tank as we can’t find one., becasue this one has holes in it and will probably not be able to be savedYou can’t drive a car without a gas tankWe have already decided to have the rust and paint work done on the vehicleI have learned a lesson and will never buy anything site unseen againMy problem is that I trusted *** Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We ask that you have you container at curbside no later than 6am until 6pm or place your container out the night before. I will follow up with you for several weeks to ensure we provide scheduled service. Due to our service failure last week an adjustment was entered on your account and will reflect on your next invoice.
