RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. No, I do not feel that Waste Management is being fair in charging me 3 times my last billing and damages. Especially since my last billing was 4 times higher than my normal monthly billing for 20 years. I have been a loyal customer of there's for 20 plus years and now when I would like to be done they are trying to bully me. I have no problem paying the $50 pick up charge, but do not feel it is right for them to bully me into either staying with them or paying all the extra. I now agree with the statement made by some of my coworkers and neighbors that Waste Management got to big and forgot what customer service is. Again I have no problem paying the pick up charge. I don't believe I signed the contract because I do not do contracts especially that long ago. I know other people have there dumpsters filled past the top and are not charged extra. Is Discrimination taking place why was I charged extra? I don't want to be bullied by them any more. Are they going to hold that contract over me after I am dead because I didn't do what section 2. I Believe a workable agreement can be made, Waste Management is not even trying to work out the situation Regards,
