On January 23, 2017, you contacted... Waste Management to cancel your account due to service issues. Upon reviewing your account, there were three service delays, on November 30, 2016, December 20, 2016 and January 13, 2013, and each time we recovered. Per your refund request, at the time you requested to cancel, our agent advised you of the no refund policy and you continued with the cancellation. On your invoices, it states you are paying for a subscription service and cancelling your service early results in forfeit of your prepayment. If you would like we can resume your services for the remaining period. After researching our internal records, I issued a credit for the reactivation charge and the two NSF charges bringing your balance to zero and your account canceled effective January 5, 2015. Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint The complaint was that we were charged for pick ups from a recycling container we never hadAnd, if we need to have it due to [redacted] requirements it's fineBut to resolve the issue is to be credited for the money charged for pick ups for a container that did not existed Regards, [redacted]
