Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint They didn't call the correct number they called my [redacted] phone which I specifically said to call [redacted] they called [redacted] his voice mail is full and is not working my voice mail only has one messages in it so it couldn't possibly be full The cooperate office at WM did call and they did leave a message that's how I know this [redacted] is lying as the one and only message in my voicemail was from corporate They called after hours as well from an unrecognized number Still unhappy about situation we were not the only house on our block to have the trash bin removed If you take it at least notify your customer that happened and get one to them ASAP the up to business days is unacceptable Failure to appropriately notify your customers of a service change is pure laziness A letter would be suffice Our neighborhood will be going to city council to attempt to remove waste management from our area this is not the first time WM has failed Spring Valley[redacted] ***
