the tv was clearly under warranty having been purchased only 7 1/months ago warranty was supp0sedly for year vizio lied
vizio says product was dropped no such thiing occured but they say that they can determine this by looking a pictures my year old parents could not have done such a thing
vizio offered a reconditioned returned tv for dollars to make things right I feel that that is an admission of guilt on their part and an insult to m eto offer a broken returned tv that they have repaired
vizio has forever lost me and my family as a customer and will have no problem steering anyone away from their products if I can thank you *** ***

I purchased a television that was priced at nearly 4,dollarsThis TV just stopped working and started to make a loud buzzing noiseI have only had this television for months and it should have no problemsI called VIZIO to troubleshoot and determine that a technician needs to come outThe man on the phone stated he ordered parts and I will have a technician schedule within business daysThe following day I received an automated response that I would be scheduled in hoursAfter the hours I called VIZIO back because they didn't follow up too the hour callI was told that my parts were shipped and that I will receive a call in their business day timeWe are now on business days and a tech has not calledI messaged VIZIO again to be told that they will have to follow up with me in another business daysThat makes this now business days I asked to speak with a supervisor who told me the parts weren't shipped and he will need to look in to the issueIt see
I purchased a Vizio LED Smart TV through *** on 7/28/15, received it mid-August 2015, and wall-mounted it shortly after receiving it I've had no problems until the last week, I've noticed an area of the top of the screen that is blacked out, like it's burnt out I contacted customer service of Vizio They told me that it is trauma to the Tv, and not a manufacturing issue I told them that it's wall mounted and not moved (except minor swiveling) They refused to look at the TV and refused to honor the warranty because they claim it's trauma But there is no possibility of "trauma"
Contacted customer service to see about repairing a tv we received as a gift It was less than months old and purchased for over $ When we were moving into our new home, the screen broke We were not looking for anything free, merely a replacement part The tv is inches, so we thought it would be easier and cheaper to repair the tv Visio informed us they don't offer replacement screens and that the only thing we could do was purchase a new tv When I told them I surely won't be purchasing a Vizio, they put me on hold to offer me a discounted price of $off, but even with the $off, I could find the tv cheaper at a big box store Needless to say, I will be paying $for a new tv But it will be another name brandNever a Vizio again They support throw away products and I am not rich enough to throw away $on a tv

TV not as advertised, does no consistently perform are not "buyer remorse" claims they are quality and marketing dishonesty issues by Vizio It is disgusting you refuse to refund a TV less than months old Never will buy a Vizio again

Look, I love Vizio products, but dealing with the company first hand has been the absolute worst experience I have ever dealt with, periodI ordered a TV days ago, and after the 3rd day, the order status had not changed, I contacted Vizio chat (the only way they deal with customer service) and I canceled the order, after a couple days, I noticed my order status had not changed, so I contacted chat again, only to be promised that the order had been canceled, again, the order status had not changed, the item hadn’t been canceled, at least from what I could see, so again, I contacted chatAfter multiple attempts, and being told multiple times the order was canceled, I was checking my emails on day 10, only to see an email from vizio saying the order was shippedThe worst part was, because I was told multiple times it was canceled, and not to worry, I went to Best Buy, and bought a tvNow I am being told that even if I refuse the TV being shipped, I will be charged the shipping charge, even though the order was canceled, and I was assured of this multiple times, they shipped the product anyhowI work in shipping and receiving/ salesAnd this WOULD NEVER happen where I workPlease help me make this right, for this is absolutely despicable service

I purchased a Vizio soundbar in the US through Amazon
In July, I moved to Guam The sounder worked perfectly until January and currently it does not turn on
I spoke with their customer service and they offered Advanced Replacement, however, I was subsequently told that "they do not have the ability" to service Guam Guam is a US territory and served by the USPS
The escalation manager, ***, told me that he did not know why but Vizio does not have the ability to service Guam Asked asked to speak to the CEO repeatedly and *** repeatedly refused Masked to speak to him as, presumably, he is responsible for the policy
I was also denied compensation for the failure of the product
Their Advanced Replacement policy requires a hold on your credit card I was prepared to allow this and I was prepared to return the faulty equipment at my cost

We purchased a Vizio sound bar After less than a month it starts creating a static noise Now it's just static Called Vizio and went through all trouble shooting steps but one They expect me (because I don't have a cable box and can't afford cable nor do we own more than tv) to go to someones home, hook up our sound bar to someones tv and test it so we know it's not feedback to the tv My husband offer to hook up his speakers to the tv to run the test It's rules out the same variable (Not the tv) but they refused and won't help us get it fixed
Had a Vizio E600i-B60" TV for year and monthIt's now a worthless piece of junk that works for 5-minat timeThe TV is defective and shuts itself off while viewingAll auto-off settings are disabledI have contacted Vizio and they were no helpThey told me to reset the TV by holding the power button on the back, and said that this is all the help they can give as the TV is over a year oldThis issue began a few months ago, after only months of modest usage, but it was not a problem as it took several hours before it shut offNow it has rendered the TV unusableWe didn't even know it was an issue with the TV itself, until it was too lateI have tried resetting multiple times, resetting TV settings, using different inputsNothing helps, the TV is defective, and Vizio does not support it
Also the fiber optic audio input is not seated well on the board as attempting to remove the cable from the TV ripped the fixture right off the circuit boardWithout excessive forceI'm extremely disappointed with Vizio, and the unbelievably poor quality of this TV
I'm even more disappointed in Vizio's apathetic customer support and their unwillingness to help They repeatedly told me it was not a known problem, and that they would provide no help even though it was only month after the 1yr warranty Even after providing them with online statements from Vizio themselves about recalling TVs for the exact same issue
