I ordered a Vizio 24" Smart TV (D24h-E1) from Vizio.com on Monday, November 27, (Cyber Monday) The purchase price was 119.99+tax, which is a discount of $ On Thursday, December 14, 2017, the order was still marked as "Processing" on my Vizio account, so I contacted Customer Service through the chat feature at which time they told me the order had been sent back for review, they would submit a claim for me, and I would hear back in 1-business days On Tuesday, December 19, 2017, I reached out again through the chat feature at which point they told me the order had timed out and been cancelled - no further information was availableAt this point I was told if I wanted the TV, I would have to purchase it again on their website at the current price of 139.99+tax and delivery would take another 7-business days At this point I requested a manager call me and he gave me more informationThe order had been flagged as potentially fraudulent so it had be sent back for review
I bought my husband a inch Vizio TV in march of In September the TV wouldn't come on it was flickering on an off I called Vizio they sent someone out to put in a new board well that didn't work so I than had to wait another days for them to bring us a new TV so they bought it out an here we are in Novand I'm having the same issue with the TV they just brought out so I call them an tell them this is ridiculously I shouldn't have to keep waiting for a tv that I've already paid for so now they are sending another tv I told them they needed to give me a different tv bc I keep having problems out of there inch an I shouldn't have to keep going threw this but the supervisor refused to help get me a different tv than I havei even told them they could take me down in size but that I couldn't lose to many inches the supervisor I spoke to was extremely rude an just kept saying that is why I have a warranty I said I understand that but I shouldn't have to keep waiting on you all to send me a new TV when it hasn't even been a yr an this will be the 3rd time of us getting a replacement tv it's bull I am very displeased an will defer everyone I know away from Vizio oh an here another catcher they told my husband on the phone that we only had a day warranty with the TV they are bringing out this time it is Novan my warranty for the tv I brought in March was supposed to last until March 30th so how is that fair to me that now my warranty goes out in Jan.2018?? Vizio will steal your money they don't care how they treat there customers

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowIn reference of complaint ***, While Vizio has responded to my complaint with what sounds like an offer, Vizio is very disingenuous in their offer for repair their product at nearly the full retail price, or the greater insult of offering to repair said product, but would not guarantee the repairBasically they told me that I could pay them $toward the labor, but there was no way of knowing if this TV would not do this same issueI also have a inch Vizio TV that had similar issues, but thankfully I had bought a year warranty through Walmart, and they have now repaired it times for similar motherboard issuesTo think that that issue wont occur again with my inch would be irrational for any human being to assume, especially if they are not willing to guarantee the repair for a reasonable length of time VIZIO is obviously making shotty products, and should be ashamed of themselvesJudging from the other complaints on the internet, I am not the only person having these EXACT SAME ISSUES with the EXACT SAME MODEL NUMBERSAs far as I am concerned, this issue is not resolved until I get a 100% refundSorry but Vizio has proven that they are not a trustworthy company! I purchased a Vizio sound bar in August from Sam’s Club in Joplin, MOThe sound bar stopped working on 1/2/As Sam’s only has a day return policy, I was required to call the manufacturerThey ran through a series of trouble shooting steps and it was determined that the unit was defectiveAt that point the representative said that they would mail me a shipping box to return the sound bar inI was told that the whole process would take about weeksWhen the box was received I found that it was the incorrect boxThere is a disclaimer along with the box that states that if the equipment was damaged in shipping due to improper packaging that I would be responsible for the damageThis implies that they would not replace the unit as promisedA second call was made to the company and I was told that this would not happen again and the correct box was being sentWhen the box arrived it was found to be the exact same box that I first receivedIt has now been weeks and I
