We have reached out to the customer and discussed her concerns. We will be working with the customer and our service department to resolve her concerns.
Vivint Solar has attempted to repair the damage to the customer's home using our approved third party contractor, the customer has denied this service several times. Vivint Solar has also offered to settle with the customer, for the amount in which we would have paid the contractor, the customer has also denied this offer. The customer did send back to Vivint Solar a signed Settlement Agreement, however, there were unauthorized changes made to the agreement by the customer. Vivint Solar contacted the customer via email and telephone and informed the customer that we did not authorize, nor do we agree with the changes that the customer made to the Settlement document. The customer has continued to refuse the offers Vivint Solar has made to settle the dispute. The customer is requesting something that is not within the terms of the Power Purchase Agreement.
Vivint Solar has contacted our customer, we are investigating the situation now and will be following up with a resolution soon.

I am rejecting this response because:Primarily, it did not clarify the things that I requested be clarified.1. The amount that I requested be either deposited to my account or a check with the same amount be sent to my residence has not been done yet.2. My request that my daily kilowatt usage be shown to me.3. And last but definitely not the least is the arbitrary procedure by the solar system business company of just showing the monthly production by the solar system and the computation. I believe this is the most unfair of it all. They just draw up the amount of kilowatts produce by the solar system(not the kilowatts that I used) and then multiply it by a number and that will be the amount that I have to pay. I even asked the billing a hypothetical question. What happens if we decide to go on vacation; and ask permission to cut or reduce the usage. They said that I still have to pay the amount they estimated whether I use it or not. they said that it is all in the contract and all they have to do isestimate and all I have to do is pay. Then I ask up to how long will the contract last; and he said, twenty years. Then I said that I don't think I would be around by then. And he laughed. I believe that by all standards it is unfair.
Sincerely,

Vivint Solar has resolved the customers complaint and scheduled an appointment for a Final inspection.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. As long as the inspection...
is actually completed and we can use our solar, also vivint solar needs to tell potential clients that the total job including inspection will take 3 to 4 months Because both the installer and jessue the rep said pge had to inspect within 30 days .We needed and should have been told these facts
Sincerely,

Vivint Solar was able to find an expedited solution for this customer's concerns. The process of getting his solar system up and running is now back on track and he should receive the permission to operate his system in the very near future.
Vivint Solar has attempted to contact the customer via telephone and via email on 2/23/2018 with no response. Vivint Solar will continue to contact the customer regarding their complaint to discuss a resolution within the terms of the agreement
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: It's apparent that you do not understand your sales rep lied about the functions of the system to make a sale; this is false advertising. Again, I have witnesses who were told the same thing by your sales rep while trying to make sales to them and a witness who was at the signing of the contract between me and Ben. You will not take advantage of me and treat me like dirt any more; my patience has run out trying to resolve this with your company on the lowest level possible. I am simply asking that you give me what I was promised. I also feel like I am being discriminated against for being a Veteran. This is your last chance to make this right and to uphold your end of the deal.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response...
because: the incident occurred on 9/27/2016 and as of 12/20/16 the work is not completed I find this to be unacceptable as I had to fight with the company to even get the whole in my ceiling repaired - no their answer is unacceptable
Sincerely,

Vivint Solar contacted the customer on 2/23/18 regarding their complaint; the customer was notified Vivint Solar would investigate the promise that was made to him regarding the gift card. The customer also confirmed he has been in communication with Vivint Solar regarding the process to receiving...
Permission To Operate. Vivint Solar will continue to contact the customer regarding their complaint to discuss a resolution within the terms of the agreement
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Yet again it's just a call from someone saying they are trying to get this scheduled but an appointment is never made. The longer they wait to make the appointment, the more likely their men will have to be on the roof in bad weather. My attorney says it's time to fire up social media and get this resolved. Clearly they just string people along hoping they will accept their resolution and go away.
Sincerely,

Vivint Solar is attempting to contact the customer to discuss a satisfactory resolution.
I was contacted via phone by Vivint Solar. They did not resolve my issues. They said that the matter would be looked into. They are still allowing the predatory sales representative to target citizens of my...
neighborhood. They did answer questions that I had that were previously wrongfully answered by their sales representative. I am still stuck under their one sided contract.

It is a grey area. As stated in my previous email, Vivint has made a proposal to resolve the matter and we are reviewing their proposal.[redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: the results from inspection performed last September 17, 2015 were unfavorable due to unforeseen errors that...
were made by technicians who installed the panels last year. The technicians are currently attempting to fix all the issues that the city inspector noticed during the time of inspection. I am currently waiting for the next phone call from the local office of Vivint Solar for the next scheduled inspection to finalize the corrected issues. The technician assured me that the panels will be active before the end of this month. And for that reason, I would like an extension for this complaint in order to fully resolve the issue.
Sincerely,
