Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: The business states that I provided completed transfer documents however, I have stated each time I have spoken to a representative of Vivint Solar that I did not sign any documents. When the "documents" were provided I questioned why the signature on the document did not match mine and why the signature appeared to be altered with no response from Vivint. Additionally, in it's response the company states that they are continuing to work with me for a resolution, but the last correspondence I have from Mr. J[redacted], the manager at Vivint that I was originally working with who attempted to intimidate and threaten me with his prior employment as a police officer, whose management refuses to respond to multiple inquiries even after I notify them that I no longer feel comfortable working with Mr. J[redacted] as he has attempted to intimidate and threaten me, was received less than 24 hours ago and recommended I seek legal counsel as Vivint will not be attempting to resolve this matter any longer. "Rico J[redacted] Oct 11 (1 day ago) to me Mr. [redacted], We appreciate your response to our email. After conferring with our Legal department regarding your account, and given your current position regarding the resolution of your requests, it does not appear that we will be able to reach a resolution at this time. We welcome you to consult with legal counsel for advice. Once you have done so, please send us notification so that our legal department may be in contact with your attorney."Additionally, multiple executives at Vivint solar, including CEO David B[redacted], Dan B[redacted] Chief Legal Officer, EVP & Secretary, T[redacted] White Senior VP, Human Capital, Dana R[redacted] Chief Financial Officer, and Bryan C[redacted] Chief Operating Officer have physically blocked my email address in response to my attempted communications regarding the conduct of Mr. J[redacted] and his attempts to intimidate and threaten me into accepting Vivint Solar's attempt to defraud me.The company did not address my questions when I called them for over a month. They did not address my questions when I spoke to management in the "executive resolutions department". They have blocked my email address when I attempted to contact chief executive officers within the company regarding illegal activities being perpetrated by their management staff and refusal of senior management to investigate. And ultimately, they failed to address the concerns of this complaint in their response.
Sincerely,

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: The agreement back in June with Tali and the district manager Cade T[redacted] from Vivint was I would pay both electric bills, JCP&L and Vivint and I would be reimbursed directly no problem. This was my June bill for both companies combined. I was not made aware until late June/July that my system was not accuractly running (which was not fair to me as a consumer) therefore I was prorated on a guesstimate. I stressed I did not feel comfortable paying the $528.50. The district manager himself Cade T[redacted] said "whether I was issued a check or if it would be put into my personal account either way he would make sure it happens". I responded "OK". That's why I paid both companies. I didn't want my electric turned off! Finally, Once reinstall was corrected I still had to jump through hoops and hold Tali responsible for trying to resind on his word, no one would respond to me regarding my reimbursement nor follow up on reviewing the past months bills. I only continued to receive emails regarding my past due account. Until Sept. 7 I received a call from Tristen a rep stating a review was complete and approved by Tali for $150.00. I explained Tali was not handling my reimbursement that ended back in JUNE!!! when he screwed my account up and had me pay $528.50 to two electric companies and I was informed by District Manager Cade T[redacted] of Pine Brook NJ, That I would be reimbursed directly not on to my account. I was then informed my account was turned over to Koby A[redacted] who would handle everything but since then he left in the wind. I explained I since then had tried contacting one last manager Jeff J[redacted] but he too has no desire to help he stated he would follow up with me and this is where I am today. Oh yes this is Tali's direct supervisor. When Tristen realized I filed a claim with the Revdex.com because he clearly had no clue
Sincerely,
