Vivint Solar has spoken with the customer and we have agreed upon a resolution. Vivint Solar has issued a credit to the customers billing account.

Vivint Solar spoke with the customer on 12/13/2017 and confirmed the payment was refunded on 11/20/2017.

Vivint Solar has reached out to this customer and addressed their concerns. We have come to a solution that is favorable to the customer.

Vivint Solar has attempted to reach out to the customer, but we have not yet made contact with him. We hope to hear from him soon so that we can find the best solution to his concerns and will continue our attempts to make contact.

An electrical upgrade was performed by a third party contractor on the customer's main electrical panel. The contractor that performed the upgrade to the electrical panel met with the customer on September 25, 2016, two weeks after the upgrade was completed. It was determined by both the contractor...

and the customer that there was no error with the upgrade performed. A damage assessment from Vivint Solar was completed on January 26, 2017 and it was confirmed that there was no damage to the electrical panel that was upgraded. Vivint Solar is not at fault for the alleged damages pertaining to the customer's complaint. To date, Vivint Solar has not installed any Solar equipment on the customer's property.

Vivint Solar has attempted to reach this customer. After researching the issue it appears that the customer's account manager has been in contact with them since the complaint was left and the solar project has been progressing. We have left a voicemail with manager information if further assistance...

Vivint Solar has attempted to contact the customer via telephone and via email on 12/8/17  with no response. Vivint Solar will continue to contact the customer regarding their complaint to discuss a resolution within the terms of the agreement.

The previous response to this complaint was submitted in error. Vivint Solar contacted the customer via phone on 10/27. Vivint Solar will work with the customer to correct any billing discrepancies relating to the customer's transfer. Vivint Solar will continue to work with the customer to ensure that the customer's online billing account is accurate.

Vivint Solar has spoken with the customer and we have agreed to a resolution.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that the response is the first step in a POSSIBLE resolution. This is not the first time I have been promised resolution, therefore I am not willing to close this complaint until Vivint follows through with yet another promise.

Vivint Solar has made contact with the customer, and are in the process of working on a satisfactory resolution.

Our billing specialists have reached out to the customer and we are now working with the customer to ensure the system operational.

Vivint Solar has attempted to contact this customer to resolve their concerns. We will continue our efforts to reach them so that we can find the best possible solution.

We have been in contact with the customer regarding their situation. At this time we are looking into their requested resolution to see if we are able to adhere to their requests. We will continue to keep in contact with the customer regarding the outcome.

The reasons for the failed inspection have been addressed and corrected. There is a remaining item of paperwork that has been requested by the city within which the solar system is permitted. As soon as this paperwork has been approved, the city will be ready to send the inspector back out. All parties involved have been made aware that this customer is a priority.

A representative from Vivint Solar has been in communication with the customer via email, as that is the preferred form of communication. Vivint Solar will continue to try and resolve the complaint, within the terms of the Power Purchase agreement.
