Vivint Solar's specialist reached out to the customer to provide a progress report. We are still attempting to have an appointment scheduled to address the system issue, and it has been labeled as a high priority. The PPA agreement has been emailed to the customer as well, so they now have a copy on file. We are in communication the customer's sales representative to get more information as to what happened, and what was discussed. We are still pending the results, and Vivint Solar will be providing constant updates as we gain more information.
A letter requesting reversal of the credit check has been sent to Mosaic the 3rd party loan company, Vivint Solar sent this letter this past week. This request may take several weeks to be processed, this time will give Mosaic time to review the request and take proper actions.
Vivint Solar is currently in communication with the customer regarding the complaint. We are currently pending copies of the utility bills to perform a system analysis. Vivint Solar will continue to reach out to the customer regarding the complaint.
We have reached out to the customer regarding her complaint. She informed us she is currently working with her Customer Success Manager on moving her account forward.
We are working to resolve the customer's concerns. We will continue to contact the customer with weekly updates.

Vivint Solar contacted the customer on 12/27, 12/28, and 1/4 to speak with the customer. Vivint Solar has scheduled the panel removal appointment for 1/22 and will continue to work with the customer until their complaint has been resolved within the terms of the agreement.
Vivint Solar has been able to offer repairs since 12/09/2016, to date the customer has declined the approved repairs. Vivint Solar has offered the customer a Settlement for repairs, in the amount equal to the approved repairs, the customer has declined that offer. Currently Vivint Solar and the...
customer are in the process of obtaining additional information regarding Mold remediation. If the customer agrees to allow Mold remediation and repairs by Vivint Solar's approved contractor, repairs can take place the week of 12/19/2016. To mitigate any further damages a tarp has been placed on the customer roof.
Vivint Solar has scheduled a visit for 1/3 to resolve the system issue. The assigned specialist has taken steps to make sure the appointment goes through smoothly, and the customer has been informed of the appointment. Until the scheduled date, Vivint Solar will be attempting to schedule for a sooner date, and we will notify the customer if we are able to do so.
Vivint Solar has attempted to contact the customer via telephone and via email on 11/21/17 with no response. Vivint Solar will continue to contact the customer regarding their complaint to discuss a resolution within the terms of the agreement.
Vivint Solar called the customer on 3/5/2018 and left a voicemail, as well as sent an email, with return contact information to address their concerns.
Vivint Solar spoke with the customer on 5/23/17 and informed her that this situation is now under investigation and we appreciate this being brought to our attention. Vivint Solar aims to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and takes very seriously any claim to the contrary.
Vivint Solar has reached out to the customer to schedule an appointment to make sure that the system is hooked up properly. Vivint Solar is waiting for the customer to confirm a time for the appointment.
Vivint Solar has called and left our customer a voicemail, we are attempting to schedule a damage assessment. We would like to come out and inspect the leak first hand to see what sort of resolution can be agreed upon.
Vivint Solar has explained to the customer they have a PPA V3.2 that doesn’t allow to purchase the system until year 6. The customer has the option to do a Prepayment, where they prepay for all the energy the system is estimated to produce for the length of the contract. The customer will no longer have to pay Vivint Solar for production of the system; Vivint Solar will maintain and monitor the system for the length of the twenty (20) year contract.
Vivint Solar communicated with the customer on 11/30 and has come to a resolution with the customer in regard to their complaint.
Vivint Solar has made appropriate efforts in addressing Mr. [redacted]’s concern about having an appointment so that his home repairs can be accomplished. As a result of his concern Vivint Solar did accomplish the appointment as requested and has additionally offered Mr. [redacted] $100 as a token of goodwill to ensure that he has been adequately addressed. Consequently Mr. [redacted] has rejected our offer and has requested additional funds to meet his needs. Subsequently Vivint Solar has requested additional funds to meet his increasing request.
Vivint Solar has spoken with the customer and we have agreed on a resolution. Vivint Solar will continue to work with the customer until the system has received Permission to Operate.
Vivint Solar has reviewed all paperwork and listened to all phone calls regarding the customer's account and has found no quote for the price the customer is giving. The system can be purchased by the customer for the price listed in the agreement with the outlined depreciation included. Even though the customer did not own the home when he signed the agreement, the customer took a pre-installation survey and stated that they were the homeowners and signed the agreement that clearly stated that they had to be homeowners. At this point in time, Vivint Solar will continue to provide power to the home unless the customer wishes to purchase the system at the originally agreed upon price.
