Vivint Solar has spoken with the customer and clarified the invoice that they received. The request to resolve the billing concerns was submitted to the incorrect department, and subsequently, another invoice was sent to the customer. That has since been resolved, and because of the nature of the situation, a goodwill credit was given to the customer. The specialist assigned to the account will be monitoring the system for the time being to ensure system operations, and will reach out to the customer on or before Wednesday, December 20th with an update.

Vivint has confirmed 11/11/17 to complete the reinstall. Additionally, Vivint's representative has agreed that our request to have the removal/reinstall charge of $499 refunded to be a fair request in light of the inconveniences and delays we have experienced. This is in additional to compensation for the time the system has not been generating. We request the case remain open until reinstall is complete and total compensation is agreed upon.

agreement.

The customers system was turned off due to non payment. The customer agreed to a payment plan and did not keep their agreement. We have several emails with the customer regarding the payment plan, and their promise to pay. The customer was sent all of the invoices for their account on at least two...

occasions. The customer was notified that their system would be shut off due to non payment, and in an email acknowledged they received an email regarding this. The customer then agreed again to a payment plan, and again failed to make the agreed upon payment. The customers system was only turned off after the account had been past due for over a year, with a balance over $1,800, and several missed promise to pay payments. Vivint Solar most recently received a payment from the customer in November of 2015 and then not again until February of 2016, and have not received a payments since. Vivint Solar will not cover any portion of the customers True-up bill, as the system was shut off due to non payment. We are happy to turn the solar system back on once the customer has agreed to a new payment plan, and has made the agreed upon payments, on time, for a period of at least 90 days.

We are currently working with the customer to transfer over the system to the new homeowner. We are still in contact with the buyer and will continue to help resolve the situation until completed.

A case has been opened and we are currently attempting contact with the customer via phone and email, to address the customer's concerns.
