Having made an error on my order form, I ordered two not one, I e-mailed the company and had a prompt and polite response saying that they would correct and refund me. All extra work for them just before Christmas. I felt that I was dealing with someone who had put their heart and soul into their work. I came across your ad for t-shirts online one day & really liked all the designs. I ordered three different t-shirts with 3 total different designs and absolutely 100% love them all. These shirts are top quality with very nice graphics. Everyone who has seen them love them as well. I would recommend them to everyone who is wanting a custom shirt.

Love this site! There was an issue with my payment and I was accidentally charged twice. I contacted them right away and they were so friendly and helpful. They refunded me the money and it was back in my account in 2 days. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I love this company. They are innovative and come up with the best shirts and hoodies out there. My daughters name is [redacted] My husband HAD to put a "twist" on the name so it would be different. Well thats all well and good but try to find ANYTHING out there that spells it that way. Short of having things custom made, its not going to happen. She was thrilled when I got her the hoodie that spelled her name like that. Now I am buying a Toronto Maple Leafs shirt for my dad for Easter. Its just as awesome. The quality of the hoodie was great. Just wish the time between the end of the campaign and receiving the item was shorter but its worth waiting for. Will be making numerous purchases from this company, I can see it coming lol

Coustomer service is terrible. Got the wrong order and no one fixed it. They don't get back to you without emailing them along time.

I ordered a t shirt which arrived with the print on a slant. I called the company and was told to e-mail
A couple of images so they could see my problem. I did and the next day I got a response with another shirt is being printed and on its way to me.
What a wonderful experience!! Communication has been wonderful and I will definitely order from them again.

I had ordered a shirt through viral style and realized after the product had already shipped that I had given them a wrong address. When I emailed them they were quick to email me back and quick to get a hold of the shipping company to let them know of the change in address. I appreciated the quick response and knowing that they would be on top of it to help! Thank you, it was a great transaction and I would definitely do business with them again in the future.

I had ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas thru Viralstyle. The sweatshirt never came. I let the company know about it. They said they would re-print another one for my daughter and then mail it to us at no cost.
We think it was possibly lost in the mail.

I accidentally bought two shirts when I only meant to buy one and they were willing to cancel and refund one of my orders.

I ordered a shirt and it came misspelled. I immeditaly emailed customer service and they responded that same day. Within 2 days of that, my newly printed corrected shirt was in the mail and 3 days later in my hands. I greatly appreciate the fast response and the smooth transaction. I am highly satisfied with customer service (and Danielle B who my cs rep).
