Thumbs UP to Viral Style, LLCI ordered an Aquarius Hoodie, loved the style of hoodies they produce and the quality, so when I got the notice from UPS stating my hoodie had arrived I dash to the mailbox to get it, and it was not their I immediately I called UPS and e-mailed Viral StyleViral Style team with Gabriela Timmediately responded to my hoodie stress, and assured me that they would send out another hoodie at no extra chargeWhew, that calmed my nerves because I wanted that hoodie bad, it is so pretty in pink Well two days later my lost hoodie arrived at my door, I guess it took a tour in WashDCvia UPS

I ordered from viral sryle on Feb 7thIt is now March 11th and I still have not received my orderVery frustrating paying for something and waiting over a month to receive the product I got an e mail March 6th saying it was shipped and still have not gotten it I live in NJ it is shipping from Fl no reason to take so long This is an in acceptable business practice! They certainly would not accept waiting over a month to receive payment why should customers have to wait this long? I contacted customer service and they were of no help and could not tell me why there was a hold up Never ordering from them again!

I ordered a couple of shirts during a hazy late night, because they made me LMAOSTCI was a little unsure when they would arrive with little information providedViral Style's CS gave me as much information as they hadBut yesterday of my shirts arrived and it is very high quality t-shirt materialThick and soft, and the graphics are super crisp as is the color of the shirt(royal)I am impressed and awaiting my next shirtWhen, if ever, these wear out I will be ordering more from Viral Style

I ordered a custom shirt and it arrived in the wrong size-that could have been my mistake or Viral Style's, but who was at fault did not distract the person on their live chat at ViralStyle website from taking step to right the situationThey explained that they make shirts to order and the one I wanted was not being made at this time (though it will be made again soon) and they gave me the info to return the product including the address and the ROA#The was all done in text so I could copy and print the info for the returnthat text conversation took no more than minutesI sent it 1/weeks ago and I got notice from Viral Style and PayPal that the the amount for the t-shirt had been refundedGood job Viral Style
