I saw an ad for the Accountant's Husband hoodie on FaceBook It made me giggle, so I ordered the hoodie The campaign closed, and I received an e-mail from Viral Style giving me a way to track delivery I checked the link, but since I didn't have the product order number, couldn't get an estimated delivery date It had been about a week, and I hadn't received an order number, so I looked up Viral Style and sent and e-mail Within 24-hours, I received an e-mail back from Frankie F Frankie provided an estimated timeline of delivery I am very much looking forward to receiving my hoodie, and appreciated the quick response to my e-mail

I would actually rate it as Superb A+++! My PayPal account had inadvertently added the incorrect delivery address to my order; I emailed your support team who promptly changed the address and my parcel arrived at my house without any problems - excellent!

After washing a shirt (according to directions), some of the printed pattern came offI contacted customer support, explained the situation, and sent in pictures of the shirtCustomer support was timely in their responses, apologetic, and sent out a replacement shirtOverall it was a good customer service experience!
