I was asked to send this review by Kris Tand am happy to do so as I am unhappy with their shirt and the way this was handledI received a shirt that I ordered and greatly anticipated gettingWhen it arrived a line was flawedI was asked to send a picture, which I did and they then told me that was the way it was supposed to be and that since I ordered it there was nothing more they could doAfter telling me that it was supposed to print like it arrived I reluctantly accepted itI do the ordering for a municipalities shirts and I took my shirt to a local screening company and asked them if it appeared to be a design or flawMuch to my surprise they said not only is the line I pointed out a flaw, but they pointed out additional flawsNow they are running the promotion again after telling me I couldn't get a replacement shirt (which was all I wanted)I love the shirt, but hate that I paid for something that wasn't well doneIf they had allowed me to send the damaged shirt back and replaced it I would have been a happy customer that would have likely purchased from them in the future I liked the design so well

My honest review: was a little apprehensive to order at first because of not hearing about this company before, but I ordered a shirt through them I received an conformation email, I then received an email that let me know item was shipped I received item excactly as I ordered in a acceptable amount of time I've had contact with company on Facebook and Twitter since then to which they are very responsive I would order again and recommend them to anyone!

I received an item that was unsatisfactoryI contacted Viral Style about issuing a refund and they provided one when they received the itemCustomer service (I dealt with Kris T.) was very helpful and provided me with the information and label with which to return

Ordered a shirt in which there was a defect in the design screenI was sent a picture of the advertising with the same defectsWould not send me the original digital file of the design to at least prove that it was suchObviously if you misprint the design times the mistake would appear on all images of the shirtThis flaw does not appear anywhere else on the designSuggested that I should pay to return the shirt for a refundRegardless of the reason reason, if unsatisfied with an item it is common practice to provide a return shipping label at the very leastSad part is I liked this company but I now understand that their customer service is in need of some workI would never purchase something online being forced to accept it without a return policy that makes the customer wholeIt would be wise to add the "We will NOT incur expenses for returns" to the receiptAs many times as people order now a days online as opposed to in a store, you would think like all other merchants that they would supply return shippingAs I can see in other complaints I can see this is not the first time that your company had this issue and until you change your policy it will continue to happen again and again

Great shirts! The material is very comfortable and the designs are fantastic! The prices are very reasonable!!!! I had to contact their Customer Service and received the help I needed fast, and the staff was friendly!! I will probably be buying from these guys again in the future!!!
