Thankful that I saw this company posted on FacebookIt happened to be a cute shirt that I thought our family would enjoy at the beachGot colors and size appropriate to all five
Customer Service was great in answering my inquiries along the process

I had some issues with online ordering I was able to complete my order with one phone call

Very positive experience, even though there was a mwith the orderThe problem was resolved quickly and "Shayleen", their customer service rep, was outstanding

A1customer service no problems at all kept me informed at all times as it took a little longer to get to the UK thrilled with my hoodie

The t-shirt I ordered and received had the wrong logo on the back and a word was misspelled on the same logo......I called Brittany at your support place and she was able to help me tremendously in getting a new shirt ordered with the corrections noted..I am now awaiting arrival of the new shirt with anticipation My sincere thanks to Brittany for her GREAT help resolving this issue thank you much

Gabriela ** (Viralstyle) helped me out with a questions regarding an order They were very prompt with my answers and were even able to give me an order number that I was unable to locateI really do appreciate their prompt response and their efforts to make sure we get our items in time for the holidays

I loved the shirts we ordered the shirts came just in time to wear them before school got out

I ordered one of Viral Style T-Shirts over th webAfter a few weeks I contacted the customer service to enquire about the delivery dateGabrielle from customer support was extremely helpful and reponded quickly with the shippping informationI recieved the ordered item and it was in great quality, and as promisedI am very happy with my purchase and the support I received from Viral Style and especially Gabrielle

I ordered a t-shirt from Viral Style and had gotten an email with a coupon code in it since I had ordred from them prior to this order I couldn't see where to put the code so after I placed the order, I contacted them about the problem Within a few days I got an email apologizing and assuring me that the refund for the coupon (discount) would be returned quickly It was in fact received that day I was very pleased with how quickly it was resolved and Gabriela took care of it for me

I got my order in a timely fashion, & when it didn't fit & I inquired how to return it, Raphael was a great help, he got my return processed quickly & refunded my money right away I would do business with them again

When I emailed about a delayed delivery they handled it quickly and my package was delived within a few days of the request

I am very pleased with the service that I got from Kumar Kon changing the address from my order

Ryan gave me excellent customer support and my husband really likes his new sweatshirt! As a veteran and a grandfather of he likes what the sweatshirt says!

The only thing that was weird was the site said my shipping address was invalid, but I contacted them right away and they took care of itActually it was someone named Kumar KThey were great :)
I'll definitely order from here again, and recommend friends as well

I saw a shirt on an ad that I really liked but could only find it on another website for dollars more I talked with Nahom D and he found it for me on about seconds!
