Viral Style offered excellent communication and was a pleasure to work with Although my item did not work out for me (due to size), it was great quality, shipped in a timely manner, and the return/credit process went smoothly and quickly I would never hesitate to order from Viral Style again in the future Thumbs up!

The only thing I wished for is more communication either from Viral Style or that they require their sellers to communicate with the customersThere was no way to check on the status of my order - After days, I started to wonder if it had been delivered and stolen from my porch I was unable to find out whether the lot of had all been ordered yet, whether it was in production, whether it had been shippedWhen it finally was shipped, I did get an email at that time

There was some confusion on my order (caused by me!) that I had to straighten out, and Frankie Fwas extremely helpful and resolved my own mess in a timely manner When I was confused on the correction, he quickly explained to me how it was handled to correct my order I really appreciate the way he handled things

I will definitely use viral style again..big shout out to Brian D. and viral style bc I accidentally put a wrong # in my address when I ordered online..I didn't realize I had done so so after a while of not receiving my husbands shirt and me realizing MY mistake.. I emailed them in a panic bc I needed the shirt intime for my husband 40th Birthday..well once they received the shirt back due to wrong address they had it to my house in 2 days..just in time for us to go outta town for his Birthday!! They were very helpful and I appreciate them getting it to me intime!

I had a few questions regarding ETA of my shirt. I was able to get a speedy reply and friendly service! Shout out to Nahom D! Very polite and helpful with All my questions. I love feeling like I'm talking to an actual down to earth human, than a robot. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work.

Cool shirts, easy order and good customer service

I thought I'd try Viral Style from an ad on Facebook. I loved the Ralph Kramdon for President t-shirt and entered into the campaign for this shirt. Viral Style kept me informed every step of the way from completion of campaign to production to shipping. The shirt arrived as promised. It was very good quality and fit well. I would use Viral Style again and would highly recommend them.

I ordered a shirt from viral style in November and received tracking information about two weeks later on December 12. On December 22 I checked the tracking which said that a label had been created but nothing else was reported. I emailed my issue and received no response. I had to find a telephone number to call and ask what had happened to my order. The service operaror let me know that everyone who had placed this order was having the same issue. He told me he sent notice out for it to be shipped and to call back the following day to check on it. On December 31st they finally replied to my email to let me know my package had been shipped. I received the shirt on January 2, it was not the same colors as depicted online. I had wanted this as a Christmas gift and ordered it within plenty of time to do so, but didn't get to give it on Christmas. I will not ship here again.

I just wanted to say that I received so much help with the mistake I made by ordering to many shirts. The minute I seen what I did and notified you guys your customer service was right there to help with getting me my refund plus letting me know how to return the item I forgot to cancel. I really appreciate their patience they had with me and there fast responds getting back to me through e-mails. I want say Thank you to all that helped me.

This is a review about Preston at ext [redacted]. Wanted to give a big shout out to Preston. This man is a true customer service provider. He has bent over backwards for me to try and get me my order before I go to a concert on March 7th. I ordered the shirt specifically for the concert.
Give that man a raise, cuz he is awesome. Went above and beyond for me.

Excellent customer service. I had a duplicate order which they worked to resolve the issue quickly. Received my order by Christmas!

Ok So contact with Viral Style support is instant the response is with in minutes , which is comforting as time and effort is valuable can't wait to support my #gohawks.

The experience as a whole was very positive, as although the item I ordered was faulty when it arrived the customer support was very quick to respond and friendly. I was reimbursed for the faulty item and would definitely use the site again (although hopefully more successful this time).

These guys have the absolute best customer service!
