I am pleased with the level of professionalism viral style displayed when my order was lost in the mail.

At first it was a little tuff to get ahold of customer service. But when I did they were prompt and courteous.

This company was easy to contact when I did not receive the item ordered. They were also very helpful in resolving the issue satisfactorily and in a timely manner.

Deceptive business practices. Takes your money immediately upon order and then holds your money for over a month before they ship an extremely poor quality, over-priced item and then ship it with the least expensive option, regardless of what you paid for shipping. I ordered an item in November for a Christmas gift and paid for 2-day delivery. They waited until 12/22 to ship it and then chose a shipping option that brought the gift to me well after Christmas. I asked for a refund since I had to buy a different gift to give on Christmas. They gave me a story about how it was handed to the post office in time for delivery. I bought it in November and paid them in November. They shipped it on 12/22. I doubt I will get a refund. Save yourself much frustration and go with another company that will keep their promises and charge you appropriately for an item.

Got my hoodie yesterday in the mail! Was so excited to see it! Was so happy with how it looked, they did a great job! Looks even better in person! It was for my boyfriend, who was extremely excited, we tried getting this hoodie awhile ago and missed the date! I got it finally and surprised him! :) Ill be back for sure in the future! I wish I could add the picture of him wearing it though!

Brittney M. was incredibly fast, efficient, and helpful with my problem and me. The site itself can be a little confusing when searching for a specific t-shirt, but I feel that is an operator (myself) problem. I do hate seeing great styles go off the market so fast, but I am also happy that if enough people demand it they will bring it back. They seem to listen to their customer's demands readily, which should help make it become very successful.

I placed an order and there was no review so my order was gone...I sent an email through Support and had 2 helpful people get in touch! They were able to refund my original wrong order and send me a link to place a correct order! So helpful and so easy!! Thanks can't wait to get my merchandise...

Items were as described and in good condition when I received. It does take a LONG time for delivery of any item due to their business methods so don't expect them within a week like most sites.

I had a glitch in the delivery which as it turned out was not the fault of Viral Style, but the USPS. It was resolved by my neighbor bringing it over when I returned home. In the meantime, Frankie F. was very professional and helpful in the process and was even willing to make good on my getting what I ordered if they had not arrived.

I recently ordered two shirts from Viral Style. I love the shirts. I ordered one for my husband and one for me. They were shipped very quickly. The shirts are wonderful, I love them. I would definitely do business with Viral Style again!

I ordered several shirts through this site. They ran a little small in the style I ordered. Unfortunately, they were unable to get me a larger size, but they were always quick to respond to my questions, and were happy to give me a refund. I would not hesitate to place another order through this site, knowing they will give me a refund if there are any issues.

Do not buy through Amazon. I accidentally bought 2 sweaters. Canceled one order and never got my money back. But the customer service is great. They reply back to your emails within a reasonable time period. They are also willing to fix their mistakes. Just note, again, do not pay via Amazon.

Angel C. and all the folks over at Viral Style were fantastic and very helpful in an unforeseen difficulty that arose in my order! They accommodated my requests and made my business with them flow seamlessly. I will definitely do business with them again.

Was a bit frightened of the negative writings about the company. Was taking a while to get the stuff but once I contacted the company I got very quick response and friendly solution. I contacted them via Facebook and Email and got response immediately.
Was very nice to have the Slovak/Sweden sweater the same day the teams played Hockey Junior Bronze game. Unfortunately the sweater didn't gave me any luck but it was popular sweater and many people wanted to buy a similar one. I have recommended the companies to some friends.

Ordered the RV My Happy Place T-Shirt - well done and hopefully the recipient will love it just as much! Quick delivery and updated me on the status.

The shipping took a little longer than expected but after talking to Gabrielle a represenitive for Viral Style my problem was corrected an the product arrived the next business day!!!!!!
