I was super excited to purchase a Larry David pretty pretty good Christmas when I saw it online. I was so excited I forgot to enter the discount code at checkout! I emailed the Viral Style customer service email and received an immediate reply that my account would be credited. Dealing with Brittany at Viral Style was great. I will absolutely make purchases in the future and recommend to others.

I received my tshirt yesterday- gift from a friend. I loved it instantly. The quality of both material and workmanship were great and sizing accurate. I wore it to work today and received many compliments.

I made an order for a shirt but accidentally had the wrong shipping address. I emailed the support help and they corrected the issue right away. They were very helpful and responded quickly without an issue.

First time ordering. I didn't get a tracking number or any kind of email after my purchase, but I did email the company. Morgan was the one who helped me. She was very kind about it. I eventually got my hoodie, and I love it! Thanks for everything and the AWESOME customer service! :)

I ordered a Medium sweatshirt hoodie for a Christmas present for my son. Unfortunately the sizes in this style hoodie apparently were running on the small side so the hoodie was too tight for him. I thought I would be out my money or have to spend the same amount to get a larger size. I made contact with Viral Styles and within a few days I had a replacement hoodie in a LARGE size and at no additional cost to me. it fits my son perfectly and he is extremely happy with it. I am totally satisfied with my experience with this company. They are true to their word and puts customer satisfaction at the top of their list.

The support team were very helpful. I eagerly await the product I have ordered and the process of making the order was easy. I would highly recommend said company and will definitely do business with them again. This was the first time I have ever ordered anything online from outside of the U.K. Any worries I may have had were quickly dealt with by the aforementioned support team.

I recently purchased a mug from Viral Style, LLC I saw advertised on Facebook. It was a black mug, with an image/picture of a beautiful black lab on it, that looked to pretty much cover the one side of the mug. I received it today. The mug itself seems very nice, but the picture is a joke! It is SO small, looks nothing like what I ordered, and looks like a sticker someone stuck on it. I'm so very disappointed. I recently lost my black lab and was so looking forward to this "memory" mug. I have requested info on how to return the item, which I don't expect any problem with, but am very, very disappointed with the product itself.

I received the wrong size shirt on my order. Preston assured me he would take care of the error
by sending the correct size. It was a tense few weeks waiting for the shirt to arrive as it was a
Christmas gift. I even contacted Preston again as time was getting close and he promptly replied.
I received my shirt on the 21st in the nick of time and it was perfect. Both were given as gifts and
loved by the recipients.

Great customer services. I needed to cancel an order and they responded to my request promptly and refunded my account.

I made an accidental purchase, and the company was quick to reply and refund my money. The e-mails were pleasant and professional. I would recommend doing business here.

I ordered a hoodie from Viralstyle back in mid October, the campain closed on Oct 21, 2014, I was to recieve my item within 10-21 days. My bank card was promply charged on Oct. 22, 2014. I have spoken to someone at Viralstyle on the phone, they assured me that they would find out where my item was and get it to me as soon as possible. I heard nothing for a couple more weeks, so I e-mailed them. Nov. 26, 2014 I recieved this e-mail,
