I ordered a tshirt from Viral Style about a month ago, when I had not received it. I contacted the company by e-mail & within a hour they responded. Informing me of the tracking number & to let them know if I received it or not!

That afternoon it came in the mail. I appreciate wonderful customer service & this company has it. Thanks!

This is a very cool company. I recently participated in ordering some attire for a campaign and it arrived quicker than expected. The clothing is sweet and of good quality. Customer service is prompt to answer questions as well. Dig it and would jump on board again!

I am not satisfied with the marketing of the sweater because it is not what you actually are making. The colors of the characters are brown and yellow and you are marketing them in their full color which I think makes a big difference. That is a problem and will not make me want to buy from you again in the future but I may still give it one more try if I find something else I like to see.

However, I did reach out to customer service with this complaint and was offered a 20% return which is better than nothing as all I wanted was a reprint as advertised and my representative was quick with his response time. His name was Frankie.

Easy to use website, and quality printing with a wide range of styles and designs. Very quick communication. I had an error in my print and they were incredible helpful and immediately sent a replacement free of charge. Would like to personally thank Steffan for working so diligently to help me out. Would definately recommend using Viral Style, and look foward to getting more designs from them.

This company was not only rude, but did not compensate for the major inconvenience that occurred. I ordered a Christmas gift for my brother, and the package never delivered. It has been over a month. I called his apartment complex, the USPS, and this company multiple times to figure this out, and the company helped a solid 0%. Do not order from them if you can help it. I asked that this package be sped up and delivered before Christmas (18 days away), but the lady said it would not even be processed until 14 business days. This is ridiculous.

Great business, fast replies to any inquiries I had. Looking forward to shopping with these guys again!

I ordered a t-shirt from Viral Style, LLC. When it came, it was not quite what I expected, and I was a bit frustrated by that, so I sent an email with two photos of what I had received and asked if it was supposed to be that way.

Today I received an email in return. It was a quick response. It was courteous. It offered to solve the problem by making a refund, if I desired.

My response was that although I wasn't fond of the final appearance of the shirt, I intend to wear it. No refund necessary. I suppose I didn't look close enough at the original photos.

What pleased me most about contact with this business is three main things:
1) Rapid response
2) Courtesy of the rep--Gabrielle
3) Willingness to accept responsibility for my not caring for the shirt--despite the fact that the responsibility was possibly mine for not paying close enough attention to what I was ordering.
