Today my customer representative was Spencer S. His customer service was so great that I actually asked if I could speak to his supervisor to share my positive experience.

Spencer then advised that I would receive this review form...... This was my first transaction with Viral Style and I can tell you that because of Spencer, it will not be my last.

Spencer is a true "customer service representative" for Viral Style. He was articulate, polite and extremely helpful. I hope that his management staff is aware of his outstanding performance.

I so wish every company with which I speak would have team members of Spencer's quality.

Great experience. I ordered two shirts. They sent tracking info and one arrived right away. The other didn't arrive after about a month. I sent them a note and they immediately re-shipped (they asked if I'd like a refund instead, but I wanted the shirt). It arived a few days later.
Customer service (specifically Gabrielle) was great!

My experience with Viralstyle has been a positive one. I ordered a sweatshirt as a Christmas gift. I noticed a problem with the printing on the sweatshirt and sent an email to Viralstyle customer service. Kris T responded quickly, and told me she would send a replacement. I received the replacement today, and it is better than I had expected!

I wrote your company because there was a mix up in my order but NOT to complain, I just wanted to share how some things are out of our hands and yet work out just the way they were supposed to. I had ordered two shirts with a logo of my son is my guardiAn angel and one was supposed to be my brother, well I got two shirts with the son logo on it, but this last week one of my coworkers who had also lost her son was down, the anniversary of his death....I was able to bring the shirt into her, and she was thrilled....Spencer offered to get me another shirt, I didn't want that, since I knew it was just the way it was supposed to be. BTW I am thrilled with my shirt, and Spencer was very nice, prompt in answering my email ... Very glad to do business with your company

When I ordered a sweatshirt, I noticed a typo in my address to I notified Viral Style. Gabriela T. Immediately got back to me and helped me with the whole situation. She messaged me to tell me my address was fixed and talked me through all the other information or questions I needed to answer. She was tremendously polite and very helpful. She continued to contact me with every other step I needed to finish and answered any questions I had within a seconds of me sending it. I can't wait to get the sweatshirt I ordered and I definitely will shop through Viral Style in the future. Thank you again for everything Gavriela!

I ordered a sweater from ViralStyle, but there was some web error during the process, and I was charged three times. They were very quick to correct the error, refund my unwanted purchases, and get the product to me quickly. I was very happy, and will definitely order again.

I recently purchased 1 Tee's for Christmas gift, had an great offer to get another at a discount...I was so excited, I hit enter before selecting the size! ( silly me) The customer Service was quick to answer my request to cancel the 'mistake order' and issue a refund.! Would recommend this business to anyone!

I would like to compliment Brittney M. for her valuable help, I accidently order to much, she immedieatley helped me refine my order and refund me the difference and let me know the time lapse with the refund. I was a bit confused by this process, my first time ordering online, she was AWESOME and patient. I will not fear ordering from this company ever again. Brian, at Viral Style, took care of my shirt getting lost, real quick, and got another one shipped out., real quick. I am very satisfied.

Great product. Wasn't sure what was going on re the delivery of my package as it seemed a bit continued on the postal tracking service, Kris was very helpful, reassuring and always very quick to respond.

I was expecting a quality t shirt for the price and what was portrayed in the advert,But what I received was possibly the absolutely worst piece of [redacted] ever imaginable not only is the quality of cotton the least thread count ever in the history of cotton making the transfer on the front is of a standard you would expect from a primary school child thus said this is not only a complete rip off (theft) but the insult you have cast upon a motoring legend Senna dealing in this [redacted] is beyond belief and he would be turning in his grave as you are cashing in on his legacy hope you all rot in [redacted].

After nearly a month, the tshirt I ordered has not been received. The campaign closed just a day or 2 after my order. Why the printing and shipping of a tshirt from Fl to Pa takes that long is beyond me!! I demanded a refund of my money, which I was told, and confirmation email received, that I was getting. I sincerely hope my refund doesnt take a month. NEVER AGAIN will I do business with this company!!!!!!!!

Brittany was excellent in helping me with canceling my order! Fast response and very polite!
The items are wonderful, and though I wanted that shirt, I just needed the money for more important things right now. So I wasn't canceling because of them by any means!
I will definitely buy more again soon though!

I ordered this shirt for my daughter who is a Gilmore Girls fan. It looks really nice. Good color. It also looks true to size, but it isn't for me so I can't try it on. I had to contact customer service and they were very prompt with their reply to me(within a few hours) and we resolved an issue quickly and painlessly.

Super Shirt, even better than I expected. I will not hesitate to order again
