Fast, friendly service. I reveived an e-mail with in 24 hours stating one of my products may be on back order and the company wanted to make sure it wouldn't interfere with the date I needed it. I received my products in 1 shipment and in very good time. I will definitely shop with them again.

I just love the printing.

I love my top its great :) would most def buy from you again :) the top is a nice shape and the sizeing is spot on.
The only thing I was disapointed about was the fact I could not track my top once it had been sent off, I had to get intouch with customer services and them find it for me!!

Viralstyle popped up on my Facebook feed, with a t-shirt I had to have. I ordered it and as soon as the order window closed I had my shirt within the next 7-10 days as promised by their site.

I was a little disappointed to find my shirt had a small hole in the underarm. I contacted them immediately and was promptly responded to by Kris T. in customer service. I supplied the photo of the damaged area and within 24 hours they had a new shirt being prepped to come my way. I was told to keep the shirt with the tiny hole for my trouble. No need to worry about sending it back or anything. So I can find a seamstress in my area and get it repaired.

I cannot speak highly enough of the customer care I received and I really look forward to ordering from ViralStyle again in the future.

Really cool concept for a company. Order an item, just wanted an update on the order. Asked about it over the chat function, very prompt and quick to answer.

I have ordered a couple shirts from them before and I have really liked the shirts. What compelled me to write this review was their customer service. I accidentally purchased multiples of a shirt when I only wanted one. I emailed the customer service expecting either to be ignored or have my order completely cancelled. Their customers service contacted me right away. They adjusted my order to one shirt and are in the process of refunding me. Great shirts. Better customer service.

I recently ordered two items from ViralStyle, a shirt and a mug both with the same prints on them. The t-shirt was perfect! The mug Was great also except that upon delivery the handle was broken.
I emailed the company to find out how to get a new one and all of the details that would go along with the replacement. Danielle was the representative I worked with throughout the entire process. She made it very easy! I was impressed with her customer service skills. Our correspondence has been through email only and she has been very clear and polite. I appreciate her and the timely responses.
I would definitely order from this company again.

Best costumer service and follow through from this company! My first ordered sweater was stolen from my mailbox, Steffan M. with Viral Style promptly gave me the option to reprint the sweater at no charge or give me a refund! I opted for the refund since I had to order another one to get here in time. I was refunded my money the same day!

I ordered a shirt for my son that is a Marine. The website stated that I would receive a discounted price at check-out. It did not reflect the correct price at check-out and I was charged the full price. I e-mailed the company to have this corrected. In a very short period of time I was sent an e-mail showing the refund along with an apology for the error. I am very happy with the customer service this company has and will order from them in the future.

I had ordered the Circle of 5ths clock from Viral Style. The first mechanism I received didn't work. I chatted online and they sent me another very quickly. When I got the second one, I couldn't figure out how to get that to work, as it was different. I called and spoke to Shayleen. She walked me through setting the clock up and getting it to run! I watched it for 24 hours and it seems to be working fine now. I'm sure my husband will love it!

Have no complaints about this company. My order didn't arrive in time but that wasn't their fault - it was Australia Post. My queries were dealt with in a timely manner and I found Morgan B. to be very helpful. Product looks as advertised and am very happy with it.

I was very please with how my order with Viralstyle was handled... the order form was easy, they kept me posted on the status of the order and it was easy to track it to see where it was... and it was delivered on time... The product (t-shirt) was a good quality cotton fabric, comfortable, the size is right on, and all in all I was very satisfied with the process.... and yes, I plan to order from them again... personally I would give them a A.....
